Implementation of a data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipeline for Pharmacy Analytics & Rebate Management aimed at eliminating manual data processing. The project involves building an ETL pipeline to automate data processing from SharePoint ingestion to analytics model, with Power BI dashboards and GPG-encrypted file handling. The candidate will work within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, focusing on data governance (Microsoft Purview), security (Microsoft Defender), and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements:

• Microsoft Azure ecosystem experience;
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipeline design and implementation;
• Python and SQL proficiency;
• Experience with data ingestion from SharePoint and encrypted file handling (GPG);
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview for data governance;
• Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security requirements;
• Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep);
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.
   

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines;
• Configure connectors and data ingestion flows from SharePoint (pipe-delimited encrypted files) and vendor Excel/CSV sources;
• Implement data loading processes across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers;
• Perform data transformations, data quality setup, error handling, and historization (SCD Type 2);
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Terraform/Bicep for Fabric resources, Git integration, Azure DevOps);
• Implement data governance and security measures (row/column-level security, Purview integration);
• Develop a semantic model (DirectLake mode), configure reports, and migration/development;
• Create technical documentation and Run Books;
• Participate in knowledge transfer.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst to strengthen requirement clarity, improve delivery predictability, and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
This role reflects an evolution from traditional Business Analysis toward a more product-oriented, delivery-focused function, where one person owns both requirement definition and backlog readiness.

Project Description:
An American healthcare-fintech client focused on dental benefits and payment solutions. The platform acts as a payment facilitator for member portals related to dental benefit plans, helping users manage payments, coverage information, and member-related financial operations in a secure and user-friendly environment.
 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid role
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience working in a technical/product-driven environment
• Proven ability to translate complex business logic into clear, structured requirements
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (engineering, architecture, business)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar
• Upper-Intermediate + level of English

Technical & Domain Experience (Preferred)

• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools in product or analysis work
• Experience working with complex systems, integrations, or data-driven platforms
• Understanding of APIs, system interactions, and data flows
• Technical background or previous development experience
• Experience in fintech, healthcare, or other regulated/complex domains is a plus
