Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud services.
You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and extending Dynamics 365 solutions that integrate with a modern Azure-based ecosystem.
This role combines hands-on development, solution design, and advisory responsibilities - you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance business applications.
Requirements:- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Power Platform)
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, workflows, integrations, and configurations
- Proven skills in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Background in Azure Cloud services, focusing on integration and automation
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools (Azure DevOps, GIT)
- Understanding of project governance and company compliance standards
- Ability to work with various Dynamics Modules and provide architectural recommendations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- At least Upper Intermediate level of English
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Customer Insights - Journeys
- Experience in Healthcare or Insurance domains
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365
- Build and optimize Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI
- Deploy and manage Dynamics 365 instances, following governance and compliance best practices
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics and Power Platform deployments using Azure DevOps or similar tools
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
- Evaluate business needs and advise on industry best practices in solution architecture and deployment
- Ensure scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance of Dynamics solutions
- Work with Customer Insights - Journeys to enhance marketing automation and customer engagement(Optional)

Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust data models and transformation logic using dbt
- Validate and test migrated datasets within Snowflake to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the Data Architect on solution design and technical implementation
- Work cross-functionally with Front End Developers, Analysts/Testers, and key business stakeholders
- Support the migration from SAP BW/4HANA and SAC to the new platform
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or BI projects
- Hands-on experience developing data models and transformation logic using dbt
- Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses (DWH) such as Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift
- Strong skills in writing and optimizing SQL queries, and validating transformation results
- Experience in building data models and reports in Power BI
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other Git-based CI/CD tools
