We are looking for a hands-on Social Media Creator who will fully own our social media execution and growth — with a clear focus on generating qualified inbound leads.

This is an execution-first ownership role — not coordination.

You will be responsible for strategy, production, publishing, optimization, and lead-supporting content across:

Primary platforms (mandatory):

• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• TikTok

Other platforms (Facebook, X, YouTube Shorts, etc.) are a plus.

This is a full-time remote position.

Role Goals

1. Generate qualified inbound leads through social media (company and CEO profiles)
2. Build consistent daily visibility across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
3. Grow engaged B2B and tech-focused audiences in US and international markets
4. Position the CEO as an authority in IT outsourcing and QA

5. Strengthen brand credibility and trust in competitive markets

    

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies focused on lead generation
• Create content that supports inbound interest, inquiries, and conversations
• Produce and publish at least 1 post per primary platform per day
• Own content end-to-end (idea → script → visuals/video → publish → optimize)
• Manage and grow CEO’s LinkedIn and professional social presence
• Build thought leadership content designed to generate conversations and inbound opportunities
• Create short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn video) aligned with B2B positioning
• Develop CTAs, hooks, and content formats that drive engagement and inbound actions
• Track performance metrics tied to reach, engagement, and lead indicators
• Optimize based on analytics and business impact, not vanity metrics
• Use AI tools to scale content production and ideation

• Continuously refine content systems and publishing workflows

   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing
• Proven experience in one or more of the following: B2B Tech / IT outsourcing / IT services, B2B SaaS, B2B Small Business Growth. We also consider strong B2C candidates who come from a technology or software development environment - if your background is in consumer tech and your content work is genuinely relevant to a B2B audience, we'd love to hear from you
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn (mandatory)
• Demonstrated ability to generate inbound leads or qualified conversations via social media
• Experience managing or building executive personal brands
• Strong short-form video creation skills (TikTok / Reels)
• Cross-platform content strategy experience
• Strong copywriting skills for professional audiences
• Strong understanding of targeting, engagement metrics, and lead signals
• Experience working with international markets
• English B2+ or higher

• Comfortable delivering consistent high-volume output

We are looking for a hands-on Illustrator/Designer who will take ownership of print creation for our merch line - from concept to print-ready file.

This is an execution-first, project-based role.

You will be responsible for concept generation, illustration, and print-file preparation across our core merch formats:

Primary deliverables (mandatory):

• T-shirt prints
• Phone case designs

Other formats (hoodies, tote bags, stickers, etc.) are a plus.

This is a remote, project-based collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Create prints with subtle humor for merch (T-shirts, phone cases)
• Use AI tools for concept generation and visual exploration
• Turn AI-generated concepts into original, authored illustrations
• Prepare ready-to-print files (CMYK, bleed)
• Stay consistent with the brand's style (guidelines shared at project start)

• Iterate on feedback to refine concepts before final production

   

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience preparing print-ready artwork
• Confident use of AI tools for concept generation
• Good sense of typography
• Strong vector illustration skills and ability to create clean, production-ready artwork
• Strong sense of humor and style adaptable to a streetwear brand

• Comfortable working project-based with clear deliverables and deadlines
