Required Skills:

• 3–5+ years of experience in SMM and digital marketing

We are looking for a goal-oriented SEO expert with proven experience in Google Analytics (GA4) and a strong background in the IT industry. You will design and implement effective SEO strategies for B2B tech products and services, working closely with marketers, developers, and content creators. If you enjoy data-driven decision-making, understand how SEO supports lead generation in IT niches, and want to work in a supportive, low-bureaucracy environment, this role may be a great fit for you.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as an SEO Specialist with successful projects in the EU and US markets, preferably in the IT sector
• Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4): setting up tracking, analyzing funnels, evaluating traffic quality, and reporting business-impact metrics
• Strong understanding of SEO for IT products and services (software development, SaaS, tech consulting, or related fields)
• A solid portfolio with non-NDA, white-hat SEO projects
• English - Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Advanced keyword research and SEO strategy skills
• Confident work with Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and marketing funnel processes
• Excellent content marketing skills with a focus on technical and business-oriented audiences
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from an SEO perspective

• Experience with Looker Studio
• Existing network of reliable freelance copywriters and link builders with IT/tech experience

Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing an SEO strategy, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and link building (some routines can be outsourced)
• Regular health checks of assigned projects
• Keyword research for blog and commercial pages
• Reporting on the job done and its results
• Monitoring and analyzing competitors
• Creating tasks for copywriters, developers, and checking how those are implemented
