Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support our CTO in the development and coordination of our AI-driven drug discovery SaaS platform. This role is ideal for a junior specialist with a scientific background and strong organizational skills who is eager to grow in the product development field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the CTO in coordinating product development activities.
• Help maintain the product roadmap and feature backlog.
• Document product requirements and prepare meeting notes, tickets, or summaries.
• Support communication between technical teams (AI, computational chemistry, and biology) and other stakeholders.
• Conduct preliminary market or feature research as needed.
• Track progress on product initiatives and follow up with team members.
• Help prepare materials (e.g., product specs, documentation drafts, status updates) for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, note action points, and ensure follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain documentation in shared platforms like Confluence or Google Drive.

Requirements

• 0.5–1.5 years of experience in a related role (e.g., project assistant, junior product analyst, scientific coordinator) OR completed relevant internships.
• Scientific background in biology, biotechnology, or a related field is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with common digital tools (e.g., Google Docs, spreadsheets, basic task trackers) is a plus.
• Intermediate level of English (B1+) with a willingness to improve.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional technical teams.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Agile workflows or SaaS platforms.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software product through rigorous testing and validation processes. You will work closely with development teams to identify issues and drive quality improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test cases based on project requirements.
• Perform manual testing of software application to identify defects.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.
• Log, track, and manage defects using Jira
• Conduct regression testing to ensure existing functionalities remain unaffected by new changes.
• Analyze test results and generate detailed reports on application quality.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status, issues, and quality improvement strategies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, principles, and best practices.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and test case management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Google Docs, Qase).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in an Agile development environment.
• Familiarity with debugging/testing tools (Chrome DevTools, Postman, BrowserStack).
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS & Git.
• Knowledge of software development and testing lifecycles (SDLC, STLC).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• An upper-intermediate level (2) of English. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of API testing principles, tools, and techniques. Experience with API testing tools like Postman or similar.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Practical experience with tests automation. (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Any background related to biology or life sciences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
