Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a proactive and resourceful Business Development Manager to identify, research, and engage potential customers. This is a front-end role focused on pipeline generation — your main goal will be to uncover new opportunities, connect with relevant decision-makers, and bring qualified leads to product demos. Your strength lies in outreach, positioning, and opening doors for sales success.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential clients across target markets
- Understand client needs and align our offerings with those
- Initiate outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls) to engage qualified prospects
- Schedule and coordinate product demos
- Maintain and update CRM with lead data, touchpoints, and progress
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
- Report execution and key metrics indicating progress towards set targets
- Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and verticals
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in B2B business development, lead generation, and pre-sales
- Being familiar with event tech, SaaS, or professional services is a plus
- Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with decision-makers
- Excellent research, organization, and outreach capabilities
- Experience of using AI tooling for research and automated outreach (examples: Clay, Salesloft, Reply.io, etc)
- Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a hands-on approach to prospecting and pipeline development
- Fluent in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
