Your Area of Responsibility
- Full ownership of the company’s B2C revenue
- Revenue planning, execution, and forecasting (monthly / quarterly)
- Building and optimizing the end-to-end sales funnel:
Lead → Demo → Deal → Retention / Expansion - Improving conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
- Managing sales cycle length and average deal size
📊 Unit Economics
Ownership of key metrics:
- ARPU / LTV
- Revenue churn
- CAC (in collaboration with Marketing)
- Driving upsell and expansion revenue.
👥 Sales Team
- Hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Sales Reps and SDRs
- Building sales playbooks, scripts, and standards
🧠 Strategy
- Defining sales strategies for different products and customer segments
- Shaping ICP, pricing logic, and packaging together with Product and Marketing

Your Area of Responsibility
🎧 Customer Support Ownership
- Full ownership of customer support operations and processes
- Inncoming support requests across all channels (chat, email, tickets)
- Ensuring fast, high-quality, and consistent customer responses
- Owning customer satisfaction and support-related KPIs
📊 Support Metrics & Performance
Ownership of key metrics:
- First Response Time (FRT)
- Resolution Time
- CSAT / NPS
- Ticket volume, backlog, and SLA compliance
- Churn and retention insights related to support quality
🧠 Process & System Building
- Designing and optimizing end-to-end support workflows
- Implementing and improving ticketing systems, automations, and macros
- Building and maintaining a self-service knowledge base and FAQs
- Identifying recurring issues and driving process improvements
🤝 Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Translating customer feedback into clear product insights
- Escalating critical issues and coordinating resolutions
- Supporting product launches and feature rollouts from a support perspective
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Support or Support (preferably in SaaS)
- Experience support operations
- Strong understanding of customer support metrics and KPIs
- Experience with helpdesk tools (Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, etc.)
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or product companies
- Technical background or ability to work with APIs and product issues

За останній час перепробували купу рішень — WordPress, різні CMS, SEO-платформи, в тому числі американські. І для себе — жодне з них нормально не закриває потреби real estate під локальне SEO
Через це ми почали білдити власну CMS — спеціально під Local SEO для real estate
У якийсь момент стало зрозуміло, що це:
• не просто внутрішній тул
• а повноцінний SaaS-продукт, який можна розвивати для інших real estate інвесторів
Цей продукт — частина більшої екосистеми, і там є багато цікавих взаємодій та інтеграцій, які можна поступово розкривати, але зараз фокус саме на core-продукті й цінності для користувача.
Зараз нам потрібно пройти повний продуктовий цикл:
• ресерч конкурентів і ринку
• валідація ідей монетизації
• discovery-дзвінки з клієнтами
• визначення, що йде в MVP, що в MLP, а що відкладаємо
Тому ми шукаємо Product Manager’а, який хоче:
• працювати з продуктом з нуля
• бути залученим у ресерч і прийняття рішень, а не тільки в delivery
• реально впливати на те, що і як будується
По формату співпраці — теж максимально прозоро:
• якщо людині цікаво і вона хоче — можна залишитись і вести цей напрямок далі
• якщо після завершення основної фази роботи над продуктом захочеться рухатись інакше, то у нас є інші продукти, і можемо окремо проговорити, що буде цікаво розвивати далі
