We are building a high-scale B2B SaaS platform tailored for the US Real Estate market. Our system empowers clients to launch and manage personalized, high-performance websites for lead generation.
 

Our core Laravel API is currently undergoing a strategic architectural evolution. We are building a new  system to support a robust multi-tenant SaaS architecture designed to reliably serve hundreds of tenant websites from a single codebase. You will play a key role in steering architectural decisions, improving data isolation, and ensuring long-term maintainability as we transition from a standard setup to a scalable, production-grade platform.

Must Have:

• PHP 8.3+ & Laravel Expertise in modern PHP and Laravel internals, including Service Container, Service Providers
• API Design (SaaS-first) Experience designing clean, versioned REST APIs for client dashboards, admin panels, and external integrations with a clear separation of concerns.
• Postgres & JSONB: Advanced schema design using JSONB for flexible entity attributes and GIN indexing for performance.
• Multi-tenant Patterns: Practical experience in data isolation strategies (Shared Database with Global Scopes vs. Multi-DB).
• Jobs & Queues: Expertise in Laravel Horizon, queue prioritization, and robust handling of long-running processes.
• Database Management at Scale: Expertise in handling complex migrations, composite indexes, and large-scale data integrity.
• Automated Testing: Commitment to TDD/Integration testing (Pest or PHPUnit) to ensure stability across all tenant sites.

• Laravel Octane: Experience with high-performance Swoole or RoadRunner environments and stateless application design.

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the real estate  B2B industry and a strong understanding of lead generation services and performance marketing.

The role focuses on selling lead generation and marketing solutions for real estate businesses 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Identify and qualify potential clients in the real estate  B2B market
• Present and explain lead generation solutions, funnels, and traffic sources to clients
• Manage the full B2B sales cycle: prospecting, discovery calls, presentations, and contract negotiation
• Work closely with the marketing and lead generation team to align client expectations and campaign performance
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate professionals and partners
• Maintain CRM and prepare sales activity reports
  
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B sales in real estate, digital marketing 
• Clear understanding of how real estate lead generation works (funnels, landing pages, traffic sources, CPL, conversion rates, CRM integration,
• Strong understanding of lead generation processes, sales funnels, and conversion metrics
• Experience working with international clients 
• Experience working with CRM systems and digital lead sources 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English 
• Ability to work with targets and performance KPIs 
• Strong customer-oriented and result-driven mindset
