Real Estate Bees is a U.S. real estate lead marketplace, running since 2017. We generate motivated-seller leads through SEO, PPC, YouTube and social, and connect homeowners with investors across the country. SEO runs across a portfolio of 100+ websites and is one of our largest acquisition channels. We want a Head of SEO to own that portfolio and scale it.

Why this role exists

Organic is a core growth engine, but it's running below its ceiling. We want someone who can look at 100+ domains and know which to push, which to consolidate, and where the next block of revenue is hiding. Someone who treats organic traffic as a P&L, not a vanity chart.

What ownership means here

You own SEO performance and the strategy behind it. You decide where to invest — content, technical, authority, AI-search — and you defend those calls with ROI, not opinion. You direct the team, the freelancers and the partners, and you're accountable for the revenue organic produces. You don't wait for a roadmap; you build it, then deliver against it.

• SEO performance and growth across the full domain portfolio
• Strategy across content, technical SEO, authority building and AI-search visibility
• The SEO team, freelancers and external vendors
• Budget allocation and prioritization by business impact

• Forecasting and reporting that ties SEO to revenue

Why this role exists

Influencer and affiliate partnerships are a channel we haven't built yet, and we think it's a big one. We want someone to start it from nothing, prove it works, and scale it into a team — owning the revenue the whole way.

What ownership means here

You own the channel and the revenue it produces. You decide which creators and partners to chase, what the deals look like, and which formats to test. You're not running someone else's playbook — you're writing it. Early on you'll do everything yourself: outreach, negotiation, launch, measurement. As it works, you hire and lead the team around it.

What you'll do

• Build and scale the influencer and affiliate channel from zero
• Recruit, negotiate with and onboard creators, influencers, affiliates and partners
• Launch and run webinars, podcasts, interviews, sponsorships and content collaborations
• Hire and manage a partnerships team as the channel grows

• Own affiliate revenue and partnership performance

   

How you'll work

You move fast and test aggressively. You take initiative instead of waiting for a brief, and you bring results, not status updates. If you want a structured corporate setup with big support teams, this won't suit you — this is a build-it-yourself role.

What we want

• Hands-on experience working directly with influencers and content creators 
• A proven track record running influencer campaigns in English-speaking markets (US, UK, etc.)
• A track record of growing partnership revenue independently
• Ability to own results end to end

• Fluent English, written and spoken

   

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S.-based influencers

• Background in real estate, lead gen or SaaS

   

Measured on: affiliate revenue growth, new partner acquisition, campaign execution.

Real Estate Bees is a U.S. real estate lead marketplace, running since 2017. We generate thousands of motivated-seller leads a month through SEO, PPC, YouTube and social, and route them to real estate investors across the country. We run 100+ websites and we're building automation, CRM and AI infrastructure across all of it. GoHighLevel sits at the center of that, and we want one person to own it completely.

Why this role exists

GHL touches lead routing, follow-up, attribution and most of our customer communication. Today it's underused. We want someone who treats it as their product — who knows where it's weak, where it can replace three other tools, and where its AI features can save us real money. This is a build-and-own role, not a maintenance seat.

What ownership means here

You own the GoHighLevel direction outright. You decide what to automate, how to structure workflows, which integrations to build, and in what order — then you build them. You're accountable for whether automations actually run, leads actually route, and the system actually scales. When something breaks, you fix it or escalate with a fix already in motion. We won't hand you a ticket queue, and we won't check your hours. We look at whether the system works and continues to improve.

What you'll own

• The entire GoHighLevel environment, end to end
• Workflows, automations and customer journeys across all brands
• Voice AI agents and conversational flows
• Webhooks, API integrations and third-party connections

• Deciding which tools GHL should absorb and retiring the rest

   

How you'll work

You bring problems with a solution already started, not problems alone. You ship in days, not quarters. You document what you build so it survives you. You stay current on new GHL and AI features without being told — that's part of the job, not extra credit.

• Voice AI and conversational-workflow experience
• A real track record of building automation people actually use

• Comfort owning ambiguity in a fast startup

   

Not a fit: Salesforce or HubSpot admins, or anyone who's used GHL only occasionally. We need depth in this one platform.

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help us build and optimize CRM automations for a fast-growing U.S. real estate lead generation company.

You must have real hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and optimization of AI voice agents
• Live transfer setup and routing
• CRM automations and workflows
• API integrations
• Lead routing and pipeline setup
• SMS / email automation setup
• Troubleshooting and optimization

Requirements:

• Strong experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience with automations and workflows
• Experience with API/webhook integrations
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and move FAST

Nice to have:

• Experience in real estate or lead generation
• Experience with Twilio, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, VAPI, Retell, etc.
• Experience with call tracking and inbound lead systems
