With multiple products designed to assist agents and real estate professionals in closing deals, we’ve been in the market for six years and are actively scaling up.     We’re currently seeking a Sales Manager. If you’re not afraid of challenges, embrace responsibility, and prioritize delivering results, then this position is for you.

     

    ➡️Requirements:

    - 🔥FLUENT English proficiency (as we operate in the US market, ALL communication — calls, emails are in English).

    - Experience in sales with English-speaking clients (Europe / USA / Canada / Australia).

     

    - Drive for growth (crucial, as with 6-12 months of diligent work, you could advance to team lead or sales department manager).

    - Creativity and management skills (you'll have a direct impact on the product and its marketing packaging to enhance sales).

    - Experience in PropTech would be a significant plus.

     

    ➡️Responsibilities:

    - Development of sales strategies for products.

    - Continuous generation of new ideas and hypotheses to improve sales.

    - Sales activities including negotiations, calls, zoom meetings with clients, and SMS/email campaigns to our database.

     

    ➡️What we offer:

    - Minimum bureaucracy and full autonomy (you'll have the chance to implement all your ideas with the support of the team).

    - Working in the US market with a young but rapidly growing product. Potential for promotion to team lead or head of sales within 3−6 months.

    - Full-time position (40 hours per week) with aflexible schedule, shifted to the latter part of the day (aligned with the American time zone). Monday to Friday from 16:00—18:00 to 23:00—02:00 (Ukrainian time).
