    In your turn, you should be open-minded and goal-oriented. Also, we have a list of requirements for this position:

    • Experienced in B2B sales in the digital industry (UI/UX, branding, SaaS) — minimum 2 years;
    • Proficient in English (B2+);
    • Comfortable using Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach;
    • Familiar with the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing;
    • Able to communicate the value of design services confidently.

       

    Your main responsibilities:

    • Work with inbound and outbound leads (Upwork, LinkedIn, email, social platforms);
    • Lead communication with clients from the first message to contract closure;
    • Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations together with the design team;
    • Qualify leads, update CRM, document all communications;
    • Launch outreach campaigns and test new sales channels;
    • Help structure the sales process and eventually scale the sales function.
