Professional background:

• 4+ years of experience in content writing across various formats
• 2+ years creating content for B2B SaaS with demonstrable results (landing pages that converted, campaigns that resonated, narratives that stuck)
• UX writing expertise. You create clear, scannable content that guides users naturally toward decisions
• Portfolio required. Show us landing pages, case studies, product marketing, or campaigns where your words made the difference

Content Craft:

We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience to join the Coupler.io team.

Coupler.io is a data integration platform that helps businesses automatically collect data from multiple sources and turn it into clear, reliable reports. Our customers rely on Coupler.io to make data-driven decisions without complexity.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving product growth and shaping demand generation. You’ll own initiatives end-to-end — from strategy to execution — and experiment with lead generation, product-led, and community-driven growth approaches. Your skills

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing for B2B SaaS products
• User acquisition experience with different marketing channels
• Experience in driving growth through start-up and scale-up stages
• Proven track record in managing demand generation campaigns with measurable impact
• Hands-on experience in designing, launching, and scaling growth campaigns from 0 to 1
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing high-converting landing pages, including structure, copy, calls to action (CTAs), social proof, and A/B testing, to enhance trial starts and encourage paid upgrades
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis, and a track record of using metrics to inform strategy and drive decisions. Experience with product analytics and tools such as Looker Studio, Posthog, Amplitude, BI tools, and GA4, etc. is a significant plus
• Familiarity with customer-insight methodologies (JTBD, interviews, surveys) 
• Strategic thinking with the ability to see the big picture, develop long-term strategies, and execute tactical plans effectively
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Technical savviness, experience working with technical products, and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear benefits, as well as integrate workflows, APIs, and automation features into user value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Familiarity with PLG motions, usage-based pricing, and community-led growth

Your responsibilities

• Drive growth by exploring new channels, owning product positioning and messaging, and translating complex data-integration capabilities into clear, differentiating narratives for both technical and business audiences
• Act as the key liaison between product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, and ensure seamless communication and alignment on product roadmaps, launch plans, and feedback from the market
• Lead the communication strategy—email drips, release notes, in-app announcements, webinars—centered on crisp, benefits-led storytelling

You will work across several marketing directions, from content creation and social media to influencer collaborations and online events. We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and excited about using AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and content production.

Your skills
