What You’ll Be Doing:

What We’re Looking For:

• Full-time availability (40 hrs/week) in our Lviv office (Rymlyanyna St).
• English – Intermediate (B1+) or higher – you’ll communicate with international clients and teammates.
• Fast learning ability, initiative, and strong problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or API tools (Postman, Webhooks).

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Up to 1 year of experience in IT (development, QA, or similar).
• Familiarity with no-code tools like Make.com, Airtable, Zapier, JotForm, Softr.
• Background in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or similar.

🔍 We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst for full-time office employment in Lviv who wants to develop, influence real projects, and work in a team, and who will become a key link between clients and our technical teams. If you have an analytical mind, strong communication skills, and a desire to work in an innovative team, we are looking for you!

📌 Main responsibilities:

• Analyzing customer business processes and formulating clear requirements
• Holding meetings with customers, identifying, formalizing, and agreeing on requirements
• Preparing technical documentation and instructions
• Interacting with development teams during the implementation, testing, and deployment of solutions
• Assessing the scope of work and implementation deadlines

• Continuous improvement of processes and search for optimal solutions for clients

   

✅ We expect the candidate to have:

• Ability to work full-time at the office in Lviv
• Up to 6 months of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or related fields
• English language skills — B1+ level (strong communication skills)
• Deep understanding of business processes and the principles of their modeling
• Ability to clearly formulate software development requirements
• Initiative, ambition, structured thinking, interest in technology and automation

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have 2+ years of B2B sales experience, a proactive mindset, and enjoy working on complex, high-value deals, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Active Prospecting & Lead Generation

• Independently research and identify target companies based on ICP
• Build and maintain your own prospect list
• Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and warm outreach
• Personalize outreach based on client context and business signals
• Generate meetings through consistent outbound activity

Sales Execution

• Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls
• Understand client business goals, technical requirements, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with Tech & Delivery teams to design solutions
• Prepare proposals and offers
• Manage deals from initial contact to contract signing

Process & System Building

• Help improve sales processes (prospecting, qualification, pipeline management)
• Maintain clean and structured CRM data
• Share insights on what works/doesn’t work in outreach
• Contribute to defining ICP, messaging, and sales playbooks

• Suggest ideas to improve sales efficiency and predictability

   

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT services/software/low/no-code preferred)
• Proven experience in self-driven prospecting (not only Upwork)
• Understanding of custom software development/low/no-code
• Confident English (B2+) for calls and written communication
• Ability to work with data, structure, and processes
• Strong communication skills and curiosity about client businesses
• Proactive mindset and ownership of results

Nice to Have

• Experience with the latest sales leadgen tools and CRM
• Understanding of ICPs, outbound funnels, and sales channels
• Experience building or improving sales workflows from scratch
• Experience working with EU / US markets with a strong focus on software development

• Аналіз бізнес-процесів клієнтів та збір вимог

• Проведення мітингів з клієнтами, узгодження вимог та результатів

• Участь у плануванні, організації роботи команди та покращенні внутрішніх процесів
