RESPONSIBILITIES:

• development with Python, AWS
• participation in planning and execution stages
• collaborate closely with an international development team (UK/UA/US) and the CTO to design, implement, and optimize fintech applications.
• take part in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of key milestones.
• build and integrate cloud-based solutions, primarily on AWS.
• improve application performance and maintain the security of sensitive financial data.

TECH STACK:

Python 3.11, Django 4.2, Postgres, AWS (EventBridge, Lambda, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB etc.), Docker, Pandas, Polars, Terraform

REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience with Python
• 4+ years of experience with Django Python frameworks
• Experience with AWS 
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher).
• Able to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Quintagroup is looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our outbound pipeline. You'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving business growth through strategic lead generation and nurturing client relationships.

💪 Key Responsibilities:

• Align with Sales on ICP, target industries, and key buyer roles
• Own the full LinkedIn outbound engine end to end, from strategy and targeting to pipeline impact and handoff to Sales
• Research target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach
• Manage CRM data: log interactions, keep records accurate, attach relevant notes/materials
• Monitor outreach performance (sent, replies, positive replies, meetings booked) and optimize based on results
• Handle first conversations with prospects: clarify needs, address initial questions, and move the lead to the next step
• Analyze lead/outreach data to surface insights and improve future campaigns and sales approach

Quintagroup is looking for a GTM Strategist!

We work with B2B tech clients across Europe and North America, helping them build digital products and scale their teams. As we grow our client portfolio, we are looking for a GTM Strategist who will own lead generation strategy and help us build a structured, repeatable sales pipeline.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and document ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and target segments for client engagements
• Build and manage outbound lead generation strategies across LinkedIn and other channels
• Develop messaging frameworks, value propositions, and positioning tailored to each target segment
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to align GTM execution with business goals
• Design and run multi-touch outreach sequences and monitor performance metrics
• Identify and prioritize new market opportunities based on data and competitive landscape
• Support discovery calls and proposal preparation with market research and strategic input
• Track and report on pipeline metrics, campaign performance, and conversion rates

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy, lead generation, or B2B sales development, or a strong demonstrable background in outbound lead generation
• Proven track record of building and executing outbound pipelines in IT services
• Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and decision-making processes
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales engagement tools (HubSpot/Pipedrive )
• Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) frameworks
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level)
• Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and automation platforms
• Hands-on experience with outbound automation and prospecting tools (Clay/LinkedIn Helper/Lemlist/Apollo)
