About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible person who can support the CEO in daily operational, administrative, and communication tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and helping streamline business processes.
Responsibilities
- Managing the CEO’s schedule, meetings, travel plans, and daily agenda
- Accompanying the CEO on business trips and providing support during travel
- Handling communication: emails, messages, incoming requests
- Coordinating tasks between departments and following up on deadlines
- Preparing documents, presentations, and reports when needed
- Assisting in personal and business-related organizational tasks
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an assistant / administrative specialist (or a strong desire to learn quickly)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
