What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design, develop, and optimize real-time object detection and tracking models for aerial video from UAVs (EO/IR cameras)
• Implement inference pipelines optimized for edge hardware (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, Orin)
• Conduct model training, testing, benchmarking, and validation in real flight environments
• Integrate AI models into onboard systems
• Collaborate with other software and hardware teams to ensure robust end-to-end performance

• Research and apply state-of-the-art deep learning methods in computer vision

   

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on computer vision
• Proven experience in object detection/tracking using models like YOLO, SSD, or custom CNNs
• Proficiency in Python, C++, PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Experience with real-time video processing and optimization techniques (e.g., TensorRT, ONNX, pruning, quantization)
• Solid understanding of data annotation, augmentation, and training workflows
• Familiarity with embedded/edge AI deployments (e.g., Jetson Xavier, Orin)
• Experience working with aerial/surveillance imagery or geospatial data is a strong plus

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field

   

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of GStreamer, OpenCV, or similar real-time streaming frameworks
• Familiarity with UAVs, drone flight control, or defense technologies

• Understanding of object re-identification or multi-target tracking

We are seeking a talented Frontend Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team.

The role is based in the Kyiv, and we expect you to work fulltime in office.

You will be responsible for building sleek, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces to enable real-time control and monitoring of robotic swarms and sensor systems. Your work will directly contribute to the usability and efficiency of our cutting-edge robotics solutions.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design, develop, and optimize frontend applications for controlling and visualizing robotic swarms and sensor data.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.
• Build intuitive, performant, and responsive user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks such as React or comparable web component frameworks.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional applications.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through clean coding practices and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance for real-time applications.
   

What you bring to the team:
 

• Completed a technical university or a comparable background with a finished degree
• 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development
• Proficiency in TypeScript and web component frameworks
• Strong understanding of modern web development tools, concepts, and practices.
• Basic knowledge of backend systems and API integration.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• User Feedback & Requirements: Collect feedback from end-users, customers, and key stakeholders; transform these insights into concrete requirements aimed at solving critical problems or significantly increasing the efficiency of existing products.
• Strategy Formulation: Translate gathered requirements, best practices, and competitor analysis into an AI development strategy aligned with the Company’s strategic goals.
• Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized backlog of features and user stories. Regularly update and refine the backlog based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Conduct regular grooming sessions and create corresponding Jira issues for development teams.
• Priority Coordination: Coordinate development priorities with other Product Management team members, ensure the relevance of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Risk & Ethics Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with developed products. Stay informed about ethical considerations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices in development.

• Cross-functional Cooperation: Collaborate with QA, engineering, and data science teams to define testing criteria for features. Ensure the quality and reliability of solutions through rigorous testing and validation.

   

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner role.
• AI Expertise: 3+ years of practical experience in the AI domain.
• Agile Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Agile product development in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Technical Toolset: Deep familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and product backlog management.
• Validation & Testing: Experience participating in or managing product/system validation and flight testing processes.
• Problem-solving & Resilience: Solid problem-solving skills and resilience working in high-uncertainty, high-impact environments.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between engineering, leadership, and operations.
• UAV Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Understanding of UAV system architecture, including airframe design, propulsion, avionics, and control systems.
