In the role of Product Release Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and develop a company-wide release management system across all products. This role carries a high level of responsibility for synchronizing the delivery of functionality across products, teams, and technology domains. We are looking for a proactive individual who can ensure predictable and controlled delivery in a complex, multidisciplinary environment and contribute to improving products used in real combat conditions.

What is your Day-to-Day Mission

• Owner of the Release Management Lifecycle:build, develop, and continuously improve the release process for new capabilities across the company, based on metrics, transparency, and business objectives.
• Release planning:define and maintain aligned release schedules together with Product Managers/Owners, considering product strategies and cross-product dependencies.
• Cross-product delivery coordination:manage dependencies across teams (HW, Embedded, Platform, UI, etc.), ensuring synchronization of capabilities delivered within a single release.
• Risk management:identify grey areas, technical and organizational risks, and cross-team dependencies, ensuring timely mitigation.
• Execution tracking (PI / delivery tracking):monitor progress of planned capabilities, proactively escalate deviations, and support decision-making on descoping or reprioritization.
• Release delivery:ensure alignment between product owners, development, and testing teams regarding integration, testing timelines, and release documentation standards (implementation notes, release notes, user manuals, etc.).
• Release readiness:organize and lead readiness reviews (integration readiness, test readiness), contributing to Go/No-Go recommendations.
• Metrics and transparency:build and maintain a metrics system to evaluate delivery performance (predictability, lead time, release success rate), ensuring transparent reporting to stakeholders.
• Process alignment:facilitate consistent planning and delivery practices across teams without direct ownership of product backlog or product decisions.

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience:3+ years of experience in Release Management, Program Management, or Delivery Management within complex engineering products.
• Agile practice:hands-on experience working in Agile environments. Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach is a plus but not the primary responsibility of this role. Familiarity with SAFe (e.g., RTE) is an advantage.
• Tooling:strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and a solid understanding of backlog and delivery management practices.
• Systemsthinking: ability to operate within complex systems and understand dependencies between hardware and software components.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of a versatile unmanned aerial platform designed for a wide range of mission profiles, leveraging Quantum Systems’ extensive experience and proven technology stack, which is already well established in the global UAV domain. The new platform is intended to meet the most actual demands of the modern battlefield and demonstrate the advantages of applying innovative approaches in highly complex combat environments.

What is your Day to Day Mission
 

• Lead the end-to-end product development process of a next-generation fixed-wing UAV platform under tight deadlines and high operational demands.
• Collect,validate, and structure capability requests through direct engagement with military users and other operational stakeholders, translating them into a prioritized product backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Drive system requirements definition, feasibility analysis, MVP architecture design, and planning of subsequent platform revisions (considering different target markets).
• Actively collaborate with European office teams to align requirements, decisions, and the product roadmap.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, embedded, software, testing) to align priorities and resolve cross-functional dependencies.
• Ensure proper backlog ownership in Jira and continuously refine it based on real-world field feedback and technical constraints.
• Define the product roadmap, track implementation progress, and validate deliverables against both technical and operational criteria.
• Coordinate system integration, support ground and flight testing, including rapid R&D cycles with end users, while maintaining the required level of documentation.
• Act as the central point of product decision-making, ensuring alignment between user needs, technical constraints, and overall system vision.
   

What you bring to the team
 

• 5+ years of experience in Product Manager / Product Owner, Systems Engineer, or Technical Project Manager roles within UAV, aerospace, or complex hardware domains.
• Hands-on experience in UAV development (preferablyfixed-wing) from concept to operational deployment.
• Basic understanding of UAV system architecture: airframe, propulsion, avionics, control systems, and payload.
• Experience working under tight deadlines, high uncertainty, and high responsibility environments.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and backlog management practices.
• Ability to define structured requirements with clear, measurable acceptance criteria based on operational context.
• Experience participating in system validation, including ground and flight testing.

About the Job

As a Flight Control Systems Engineer, you will be a key part of our Flight Controls team to solve some of the most interesting flight guidance, dynamics, and controls problems you’ll have ever heard of. Together with our world-class team, currently four team members, you will take an empowering role: pushing the boundaries of drone technologies.

You will be working closely with stakeholders from the navigation, embedded systems, and flight test departments to conceive, implement, and validate flight guidance and control system algorithms, features, and improvements. Flight Controls at Quantum-Systems - your mission will be a powerful impact.
 

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Design and programming of flight guidance and flight control algorithms for automatic and autonomous flight
• Support in model building for flight dynamic processes and design of control and feedback control laws based on these models
• Preparation and execution of flight tests with UAS systems
• Analysis of flight data recordings as well as evaluation and processing of test results
• Generation of C/C++ code with Matlab Simulink and its integration into the FCS / autopilot framework
• Supporting the certification of our product family and obtaining flight permits, e.g. for BVLOS flight projects

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed a degree/apprenticeship in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering or robotics.
• You have theoretical knowledge in the field of flight mechanics and have mastered the basics of control engineering. You also have practical experience with model aircraft, multicopters and / or their subsystems.

As an Embedeed Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be an important part of our R&D team. You will be a member of our QA team, working in close collaboration with the development team to ensure that our software for high-tech drones meets the quality standards. 

You will design and execute verification strategies for low‑level firmware, device drivers, and flight control software,. You will own test design from requirements to automated, hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) regression, ensuring reliability, determinism, and safety across release. 

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.
 

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Translate system and safety requirements into testable specifications, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices for embedded components. 
• Design and implement automated tests for firmwares.
