Position Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Position Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Human Resources function across the organization. This includes talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. As a strategic partner to leadership, the HR Manager will help scale a values-driven, high-performance culture as Quanta Tech Systems grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of high-performing technical and non-technical talent.
• Design and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and startup agility.
• Develop, manage, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and systems.
• Oversee employee lifecycle: performance management, promotion cycles, benefits, and offboarding.
• Promote a positive, inclusive culture with employee well-being and engagement as a top priority.
• Handle employee relations, resolve conflicts, and support legal and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership development.
• Monitor compensation trends and propose equity and benefits strategies aligned with market and startup growth stage.
• Use data to improve HR operations, retention, and decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience working in a tech-driven startup or scale-up environment.
• Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, remote-first company.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in blockchain, AI, or Web3 environments.
• Knowledge of remote workforce best practices.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD).

Position: Junior PHP Developer (Support & Maintenance – Crypto Projects)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Junior PHP Developer to join our fast-paced development team working on cutting-edge crypto and fintech platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in web development while actively supporting users and maintaining live systems. You will primarily assist in resolving technical support tickets and performing small development tasks in our PHP-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to technical support tickets, providing effective solutions to users in the crypto space.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor bugs or inconsistencies in PHP codebases.
• Execute basic code updates, database queries, and content adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with senior developers to escalate complex issues and maintain platform stability.
• Assist in testing new features, fixes, and integrations before release.
• Document common resolutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.

Requirements:

• Solid foundation in PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Familiarity with PHP frameworks like Laravel or Symfony is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand existing code and contribute to small features or fixes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Middle PHP Developer with a strong understanding of crypto and blockchain ecosystems. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our production systems, handling escalated support issues, and contributing to new features across our PHP-based platforms. This role requires technical independence, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve escalated support tickets, bugs, and performance issues.
• Develop and deploy new features, integrations, and modules in existing PHP codebases.
• Optimize code, improve database queries, and contribute to codebase maintainability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Write and maintain clean, secure, and well-documented code.
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of professional PHP development experience.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and modern PHP practices.
• Experience with Laravel or Symfony frameworks.
• Solid understanding of MySQL and writing optimized queries.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong familiarity with Linux command-line tools and server-side debugging.
• Crypto knowledge is a must – understanding of wallets, tokens, smart contracts, and Web3 interactions.
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong English communication skills, especially in writing and technical documentation.

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing content and growth strategies—leveraging AI tools, trends, and viral tactics to grow our following by thousands monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for X, Instagram, and YouTube using a mix of content, engagement tactics, and AI automation.
• Generate creative, high-converting content (both text and visuals) tailored to each platform’s algorithm and audience
• Use tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut, Notion AI, and others to create, schedule, and optimize campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs like follower growth, engagement, reach, and conversion to leads/signups.
• Identify influencers, viral trends, and growth loops that align with the brand and drive account virality.
• Optimize YouTube titles, thumbnails, Shorts strategy, and community posts to maximize reach and subscriber growth.
• Engage with the community, handle comments, DMs, and build loyalty across platforms.

• Collaborate closely with design, product, and marketing to align messaging.

   

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing social media accounts from 0 to 100K+ (please provide examples or case studies).
• Native or fluent-level English writing and speaking skills — memes, tweets, threads, captions, and YouTube hooks.
• Deep understanding of crypto, meme culture, and what drives engagement in Web3.
• Highly proficient with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, OpusClip, vidyo.ai, etc.)
• Ability to work fast and independently, while keeping aligned with the core brand vision.

• Strong storytelling instincts, analytical mindset, and creative hustle.

• Past experience working on crypto/fintech projects
• Video editing & basic graphic design skills
• Personal social media presence in crypto/finance/tech is a plus
