About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Growth/Performance Marketer to lead our paid acquisition strategy and significantly expand our user base. In this role you will own end-to-end paid campaigns and growth funnels, working closely with cross-functional teams while operating independently in a lean startup environment. You will use a data-driven mindset to plan, implement, and optimize marketing programs that boost signup and trading volume on our platform. Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on X (Twitter), Google Ads (including YouTube), and other relevant channels. This includes setting up campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROIsimplilearn.comsimplilearn.com.
- Sponsored Content & PR: Coordinate paid placements such as sponsored articles and advertorials on industry publications and media platforms to amplify our brand’s reach. Identify and manage content partnerships or PR tools (e.g. Outbrain, Taboola) to distribute high-impact content.
- Lead Generation Funnels: Design, build, and maintain conversion funnels and landing pages (using tools like Unbounce, HubSpot or similar) to capture and nurture leads. Continuously test and optimize opt-in forms, call-to-actions, and email capture flows to improve conversion ratessimplilearn.com.
- Partnership & Influencer Outreach: Drive strategic partnerships by identifying and engaging influencers, affiliates, and media channels in the crypto/fintech space. Work closely with partners to co-create campaigns and referral programs that expand our user communityjobs.craftventures.com.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (using Google Analytics, spreadsheets, or BI tools) to track campaign performance, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV, and ROI. - Experimentation & Iteration: Plan and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email campaigns to continually improve performance. Adopt a growth mindset, staying plugged into industry trends and applying new techniques to drive acquisition and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, design, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Communicate results and learnings to stakeholders, and document best-practice playbooks for repeatable success.
Requirements
- Performance Marketing Expertise: 4+ years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns. You must be skilled in Google Ads (search, display, YouTube) and X (Twitter) Ads, and comfortable optimizing budgets and bids to meet acquisition goalssimplilearn.comsimplilearn.com.
- Copywriting & Content Skills: Excellent writing ability to craft clear, compelling ad copy and CTAs. You should be able to brief or create creative content (text, images, video scripts) that resonates with crypto audiences and drives clicksjobs.craftventures.com.
- Funnel Optimization: Proven experience building marketing funnels and landing pages. You know how to use tools like Unbounce, HubSpot, Zapier or similar to set up email capture and nurture sequences. - Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and translate it into action. You are proficient with Google Analytics (or equivalent) and comfortable working with data sets and dashboards.
