Qirin is an early stage start up that is about to develop it's first MVP - a health and performance optimization solution for professional athletes (primarily female) - it consists of :
- A health wearable device that measures real-time biometric data and helps the athlete optimise their performance and health/well-being
- A mobile app that functions like an AI coach that provides deeply personalised insights and recommendations based on the athletes health/wellbeing and performance data - this includes their physical health/performance and their mental health as it empowers each athlete to cultivate a resilient and winning mindset (just like a real sports and performance coach would do.

You will be creating highly engaging UX journeys for professional athletes , their coaches and their sports organizations . Hence a strong foundation in health, wellbeing, sports, gamification, biometric data, Market place/E-com, community and Predictive AI is preferred - as well as B2B enterprise platform with aggregated data turning health metrics into financial benefits for the organizations.
You will have a leading role in shaping the product - this is a 90pc UX job and 10 pc UI job. The most important criteria is the ability to create engaging User journeys that creates stickiness and retention.
It is a strong plus if you have experience with Gamification and Game Economy.
