Scope of Work (Snowflake Data Engineer / Architect)

- Migration of data processing pipelines and datasets between two Snowflake instances. 

- Reverse engineering of selected existing solutions in order to assess the required level of modification (including implementation of selected adjustments). 

- Migration of several Streamlit applications (native Streamlit in Snowflake) alongside the data and pipelines. 

- For selected datasets and pipelines, implementation of new components (code, data structures, and Snowflake cross-account data sharing mechanisms). 

- Re-creation of an existing data processing framework currently used by another business unit on the new Snowflake account. 

- Ensuring that all data structures required for critical applications and Power BI reports are available in the new Snowflake account, including the pipelines/processes feeding those structures. 

-The role will require close collaboration with a Power BI specialist responsible for analyzing and prioritizing semantic models and Power BI reports currently consuming data from the existing Snowflake account.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience in test automation or development. 

• Strong test design expertise: building coverage for complex business workflows, test data strategies, and risk-based testing. 

• Hands-on experience writing and maintaining GUI/functional automated tests for desktop applications (Windows). 

• Experience with BDD frameworks (behave) or readiness to quickly adopt them. 

• Knowledge of databases and ORM in Python (preferably SQLModel) for test data setup and fixtures. Familiarity with test reporting tools (e.g., Allure) - setting up clear, traceable reports and metrics. 

• Confident use of Git, code review, and technical documentation practices. 

• English level: Intermediate+ or higher (daily communication in the project).

The core responsibilities include: 
- Odoo 18 Integration: Connect Odoo 18 with the Mendelson AS2 local endpoint to automate the inbound and outbound flow of EDI documents. 

- Mendelson AS2 Configuration: Install or review the current Mendelson AS2 build, apply any necessary patches, and correctly import the partner’s X.509 certificates. 

- Security & Cryptography: Configure the AS2 profiles, digital signatures, encryption ciphers, and synchronous/asynchronous MDNs to perfectly match our trading partner’s specifications within our locked-down network. 

- End-to-End Testing: Verify message integrity using test EDI payloads flowing from Odoo 18 ➔ Mendelson AS2 ➔ Trading Partner (and vice versa).
- Documentation: Produce a concise hand-over document detailing the exact steps taken, key store locations, and the final trading-partner parameters.

This is not a data engineering or ML research position.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI voice agents for phone-based conversations
