    As an SEO Specialist you will shape and drive the overall SEO strategy for two service-based IT companies — QArea and TestFort — ensuring sustainable growth in organic visibility, traffic, and lead quality across the US and UK markets. This role has a strong strategic impact on the companies’ growth, strengthening their competitiveness and supporting continuous adaptation to the rapidly evolving search landscape.

    You will work closely with the marketing, content, and development teams, leveraging analytics and modern approaches — including AI-driven SEO, process automation, and innovative tools — to make data-informed decisions and achieve consistent organic growth.


    Requirements:
    — 5 years of SEO experience, including 2+ years in a Lead/Senior/Head role.
    — MUST: Proven SEO expertise for IT service providers (outsourcing/outstaffing) and B2B tech within the US/UK markets over the last few years.
    — Strong analytical skills: GA4, GSC, GTM, Looker Studio, Clarity.

    We are seeking a Sales Manager to join the QArea & TestFort team. You will play a key role in helping clients solve complex business challenges through our high-end software development and QA solutions.


    About the Role:
    This role focuses on managing inbound demand, reactivating warm leads, and creating tailored, value-driven proposals that build long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.


    Requirements:
    - 1,5+ years of experience in B2B sales within the IT service or outsourcing industry (Software Development, QA/Testing, etc.);
    - Practical experience in preparing proposals, pitches, and commercial offers;
    - Strong understanding of how IT services are purchased, including delivery models and contract types;
    - Experience working with SMBs and startups, specifically handling negotiations and long follow-up cycles;
    - English and Ukrainian communication level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken)
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
    - Analytical thinking with the ability to identify client pain points and offer effective solutions;
