    Currently, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to working on a cryptocurrency exchange platform — a high-load system for buying and selling various cryptocurrencies.

     

    Hard Skills:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech (crypto experience is a big advantage);
    • Proven experience gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying business goals and logic;
    • Strong skills in writing clear and detailed technical requirements and user stories;
    • Experience creating tasks in Jira, describing Acceptance Criteria, and breaking down features into sub-tasks;
    • Understanding of system architecture and ability to propose implementation approaches aligned with existing infrastructure;
    • Experience planning sprints, prioritizing features, and creating clear timelines; 
    • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC;
    • Upper-Intermediate level of English (effective written and verbal communication).

     

    Soft Skills:

    • Proactive communicator who can confidently coordinate between business, development, design, and other departments;
    • Strong analytical mindset and structured thinking;
    • Responsibility for meeting deadlines and ensuring timely delivery;
    • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

     

    Nice to Have:

    • Previous experience participating in release planning and tracking features through production;
    • Participation in feature estimation together with the development team;
    • Hands-on background with crypto-related projects or platforms.
