КВАЛІФІКАЦІЯ ТА ДОСВІД:

Необхідні:

• Досвід формалізації вимог до програмного забезпечення та постановки задач розробникам
• Володіння мовами моделювання BPMN і UML (Deployment-, Component-, Usecase-, Sequence-diagrams)
• Знання веб-технологій, розуміння сильних та слабих сторін протоколів інтеграції (HTTP, SOAP, REST-сервіси, MQ та ін.);
• Навички роботи з реляційними (SQL-запити, структури БД, транзакції, індекси) та нереляційними БД
• Знання методів автентифікації та авторизації додатків;
• Знання типів нефункціональних вимог;
• Розуміння схем взаємодії між компонентами ПЗ;
• Досвід роботи з SOAP/REST веб-сервісами та форматами JSON, XML
• Бажаний досвід роботи з Jira, Git, Confluence
• Аналітичні та комунікативні навички
• Досвід в проектуванні структур збереження даних
• Досвід визначення архітектурних рішень для автоматизації бізнес-процессів банківских або фінансових організацій
• Досвід прогнозування поведінки систем та визначення шляхів їх розвитку
• Знання гнучких методологій розробки ПЗ

Функціональні обов’язки:

• Виявлення, збір, аналіз і формалізація вимог до програмного забезпечення
• Написання технічної документації (функціональні і не функціональні вимоги) і визначення черговості розробки
• Визначення, опрацювання і опис архітектурного рішення, проектування структур зберігання даних
• Участь у всіх етапах SDLC: від постановки завдань розробникам до поставки замовнику
• Оцінювати ефективність роботи систем Банку і визначати напрямок їх розвитку

As a Technical Tribe Lead you define and drive the tribe technology strategy (product, architecture, processed, roadmap) in corporate credits (Creatio Platform, Web application on Angular and microservices backend) and CRM (Creatio Platform) . Further, you ensure a successful delivery of the technology portfolio of the tribe.

Required skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
* !!! Experience in Creatio Platform 
* Experience working with more than 2 teams
* At least 2 years of experience in leading  technology teams
* Proven experience in technology strategy
* Experience with working with Agile and DevOps delivery
* Proven experience in developing engineering capability and effectiveness in a team
* Experience with large scale complex IT system design and delivery.
* Experience in management and negotiation of vendor contracts
* Hands-on attitude with great abilities to decompose complex system landscapes
* Knowledge on modern software architecture (e.g. cloud native, container, microservice architecture).

Scope of work:
* Setting vision, defining the strategy, targets, roadmap, KPIs and managing technical delivery of the tribe
* Ensure and improve zero impact outages strategy in the area and remove technical debt
* Together with the Tribe Lead the TTL is accountable for financials aspects of the tribe
* Setting the scope, distributing, and prioritizing conflicting requirements across squads
* Setting the correct organizational structure to successfully deliver products and evolve technology across the tribe
* Supporting the Product Owners, Agile Masters, and Senior Engineer and managing interdependencies across squads in the tribe
* Align with OEs on technical requirements
* Align with other Tribe Technical Leads, manage technical dependencies, and enable tech synchronization across shared tech platforms
* Acting as a spokesperson for the tribe on product-, customer-, and provider-related topics to area and upper management, and ensuring congruence of messages
* Shaping and evolving the practice of Tribe Technical Leadership
* Strong financial understanding and management of change and run budgets.
