We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Owner to manage product backlogs and coordinate development workflows. This is a hands-on operational role where you will own backlog management, task specifications, and team synchronization, ensuring smooth product delivery through disciplined processes and AI-enhanced productivity.

Core Mission: Maintain complete control over product backlog management and team coordination — from task creation to delivery tracking — with systematic discipline, clear communication, and AI-driven efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Backlog Management — Maintain a refined, prioritized backlog of features, bugs, and improvements with detailed specifications
• Task Documentation — Create comprehensive task descriptions, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Management Sync — Regular alignment meetings with leadership to ensure product direction and priority alignment
• Team Coordination — Coordinate with QA, Dev, and Data teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements
• Feature Specification — Define and document feature requirements, user flows, and technical specifications
• UI/UX Standards — Ensure design consistency and adherence to component-based design systems
• Progress Tracking — Monitor development progress and delivery timelines, escalating blockers promptly
• Stakeholder Communication — Provide regular updates to management on backlog status and delivery progress
• Quality Assurance — Review deliverables against specifications and acceptance criteria
• Customer Feedback Integration — Analyze support tickets and user feedback to inform backlog priorities
• Competitive Research — Research competitor features and market trends to support product decisions
• AI Tools for Efficiency — Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT for task creation, documentation, and process optimization

• Daily Standups — Lead or participate in daily team synchronization meetings

   

Requirements

• 3+ years in product owner or product management roles with hands-on backlog management experience
• Strong experience in writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Design)
• Advanced AI tool usage for productivity and documentation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in designs and implementations
• Experience with product analytics tools and basic understanding of KPIs
• Strong communication skills for effective team and management coordination
• Organized, systematic approach to task and project management
• Results-oriented mindset with focus on delivery quality and timelines
• English fluency
• Experience in tech startups or fast-paced product environments preferred

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an AI Specialist or Product Manager (preferably in fintech or IT).
• Hands-on experience in managing digital product development.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• English level B1 or higher.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proven experience working with technical teams and delivering optimal solutions for product implementation.
