Job Title: Senior Architect – CRM Platform Ecosystem

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the architecture of our CRM Platform Ecosystem, driving the design and evolution of a scalable, modular, and API-first system that supports dynamic customer workflows, integrations, and analytics. You will play a strategic role in transforming our existing monolith into a maintainable, high-performing platform based on modern architectural principles such as Hexagonal Architecture, Event-Driven Design, and Domain-Driven Design.

You will work closely with the CO, engineering teams, product leaders, and external partners to create a CRM ecosystem that is future-ready, cloud-native, and deeply customizable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee the implementation of the CRM platform architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology strategy.
• Define architectural standards and lead the transition to a microservices or modular monolith architecture, as appropriate.
• Lead domain modeling and collaborate with product and engineering teams to apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) practices.
• Architect and guide implementation of integration strategies including REST/GraphQL APIs, event buses (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and third-party services.
• Own decisions related to data architecture, including PostgreSQL modeling, replication, and performance optimization.
• Define and maintain architecture documentation, including diagrams, contracts, and interface specifications.
• Champion non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security, and fault-tolerance.
• Collaborate with DevOps to ensure the architecture is cloud-agnostic, containerized, and CI/CD friendly.
• Review and guide technical design decisions across multiple teams and enforce architectural best practices.
• Mentor developers, tech leads, and other architects in clean code, architectural thinking, and technical decision-making.

Requirements:

Must-Have 
• 8+ years of experience in backend or full-stack architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architect role. 
• Proven experience designing and evolving large-scale CRM platforms or complex enterprise systems. 

• Prior experience working with CRM-specific features such as workflows, custom fields, automation, or user segmentation. 
• Deep knowledge GoLang and PostgreSQL. 
• Hands-on experience applying Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture, or similar paradigms. 
• Strong understanding of modular architecture, API versioning, and service orchestration. 
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with infrastructure as code principles. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical architecture. 

Nice-to-Have 
• Experience in  Flutter/Dart frontend architecture and integrating frontend with backend APIs. 
• Knowledge of PHP (Symfony), GraphQL, Redis, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch.

Requirements 

Experience 

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Golang and building production-grade backend systems. 

Architecture & Systems 

• Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems (concurrency, messaging, event-driven design). 
• Proven experience designing and supporting high-load systems. 

Cloud & Databases 

• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway). 
• Advanced PostgreSQL skills, including query optimization, indexing, and replication. 

Containers & DevOps 

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes. 
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code concepts. 

Leadership & Soft Skills  

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher. 
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented mindset. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience with high-traffic or mission-critical systems. 
• Knowledge of Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, or similar technologies. 
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation. 
• Background in healthcare or pharmaceutical software. 
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA). 

Responsibilities: 

• Design & Develop: Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs in Golang to power our cloud-based CRM system, ensuring high performance and scalability. 
• Microservices Architecture:Implement and maintain an event-driven microservices architecture, including inter-service communication and data pipelines. 
• Database & Optimization: Work extensively with PostgreSQL(complex queries, indexing, performance tuning) to handle large volumes of data efficiently. 
• DevOps Collaboration:Collaborate with DevOps engineers to deploy and operate services using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.), following CI/CD best practices. 
• Code Quality:Ensure high code quality by writing unit/integration tests and participating in code reviews, following best practices for maintainability and security. 
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with front-end developers, QA, and product managers in an Agile environment to deliver features from concept to production, and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.

About the Role

We’re seeking a  Business Analyst to ensure flawless delivery of features to our customers. You’ll work hands-on with development teams to execute the product roadmap defined by our CPO, maintain high quality standards, track team performance metrics, and ensure releases happen on schedule without delays.

This is an execution-focused role. You’ll translate business requirements into technical specifications, manage the delivery process, minimize bugs and incidents, and ensure our customers receive high-quality features on time.

Role Type: Business Analyst (Execution & Delivery focused)

Time Allocation:

Feature Delivery (50% of your time) 

• Manage product backlog for development teams, ensuring 2+ sprints are always groomed 
• Write detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria and edge cases 
• Conduct bi-weekly sprint planning and weekly backlog refinement sessions 
• Ensure 95%+ of releases ship on scheduled dates - no delays, no excuses 

• Remove blockers proactively to keep teams on track 

   

Technical Documentation (20%) 

• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRD) outlining business objectives and scope 
• Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRD) including:  
• Functional specifications and user flows 
• API specs, data models, integration requirements 
• Technical constraints and performance considerations 
• Acceptance criteria and test scenarios 

• Maintain clear documentation in Confluence for engineering and stakeholders 

   

Quality & Incident Management (15%) 

• Drive bug reduction initiatives - target <3% bug escape rate 
• Manage P0/P1 incidents: triage within 30 minutes, resolve within 4 hours 
• Document post-mortems with root cause analysis and preventive actions 
• Track quality metrics: bug rates, regression issues, technical debt 

• Collaborate with QA on test coverage and automation priorities 

   

Metrics & Reporting (15%) 

• Track team performance: velocity, cycle time, lead time, commitment accuracy 
• Build dashboards in Jira showing real-time delivery health 
• Present quarterly metrics to CPO showing delivery trends and quality improvements 
• Coordinate with stakeholders: Customer Success (weekly), Sales (bi-weekly), Support (weekly)

Location: Remote (Europe/US time zones preferred for team overlap)

Must-Have Qualifications

• Experience 3-5+ years as Business Analyst  or Product Manager in B2B SaaS, cloud software, or CRM solutions
• Proven track record of on-time delivery: Be ready to share specific metrics (e.g., “Achieved 95% on-time release rate over 12 months”)
• BRD/PRD writing experience: At least 2 years writing technical specifications for engineering teams
• Agile/Scrum mastery: 3+ years managing backlogs, writing user stories, leading sprint ceremonies
• Quality focus: Experience reducing bug rates and managing incident response

• Technical proficiency: Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, CRM integrations, data models

   

Skills

• Execution Excellence: Ability to drive features to completion on schedule, removing blockers proactively
• Technical Documentation: Strong writing skills for BRD/PRD with clarity and detail
