We are a fast-growing SaaS company with a clear mission: to build next-generation tools that help companies, especially in the venture capital, private equity, and B2B banking space, connect with trusted vendors, manage internal networks, and streamline operations.

Our platform powers unique solutions for portfolio companies, investment managers, and governments, enabling them to collaborate, save time, and drive growth.

We are looking for a "Technical Product Manager" who combines sharp product sense, excellent documentation skills, and strong technical proficiency. This is a hands-on role that works directly with the Head of Product and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, high-quality features to our customers.

    Your Role:

As our Technical Product Manager, you will:
    - Shadow the Head of Product in product discovery and planning meetings, absorbing context and ensuring all edge cases, dependencies, and configurations are captured.
    - Own Functional Documentation: Write detailed functional specifications for each feature to guide the engineering team, ensuring clarity, completeness, and feasibility.
    - Collaborate with Designers: Work with the designer to implement changes and enhancements to the existing platform, balancing user experience with technical constraints.
    - Work with Tech Leadership: Engage with the CTO and tech leads, speaking their language, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment.
    - Support Clients on Technical Configurations: Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for clients needing help with configurations such as:
Single Sign-On (SSO) setups, JWT login synchronization, SMTP setup for email, API integrations, Custom feature rollouts (post-approval), and others
    - Assist with Roadmapping: Help document and structure incoming feature ideas and customer feedback into a cohesive product roadmap.
    - Track Platform Logic: Maintain a deep understanding of the platform’s logic, workflows, and configurable options, and provide guidance internally and externally.

    ----------------
    Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who is:
    - Technically Fluent: Comfortable discussing APIs, authentication protocols, data flows, and platform configurations with CTOs, developers, and IT managers.
    - Detail-Oriented & Methodical: Able to think through all possible scenarios, capture them in documentation, and ensure nothing is missed.
    - Strong Writer & Communicator: Capable of crafting precise functional documents and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    - Customer-Facing: Confident and personable when supporting clients, especially in complex technical discussions.
    - Collaborative & Proactive: Works well with design, engineering, and leadership, anticipating needs and moving initiatives forward.

    ----------------
    Why Join Us?

    - Impact: Be part of shaping the evolution of a platform used by some of the most influential firms and organizations globally.
    - Growth: Learn directly from the Head of Product while taking increasing ownership of product delivery.
    - Flexibility: Fully remote with flexibility to manage your schedule around key meetings and deliverables.
    - Team Culture: Work with passionate, driven professionals who value clarity, innovation, and collaboration.

    ----------------
    Requirements

    - Proven experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS/B2B environment.
    - Strong technical knowledge (ideally in authentication protocols, APIs, and enterprise integrations).
    - Experience writing clear, actionable functional specifications.
    - Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence to engage US-based enterprise clients.

    ----------------
    How to Apply

Please include a short video highlighting:
    - A feature you’ve previously documented and delivered, including challenges you solved.
    - Your experience with technical client interactions and configurations (from the list provided above).
