    Role Overview:

We seek an incredibly user-centric UX/UI Lead to own and elevate our product experience end-to-end. You will:
Define & champion the UX strategy—step into users’ shoes, map journeys, and remove friction.

Prototype & deliver high-fidelity designs in Figma (wireframes → interactive mockups → developer-ready specs).

Collaborate across teams—translate business and technical requirements into intuitive interfaces.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - UX Leadership: Set design principles and patterns; own customer journey and ensure consistency.

    - User Research & Testing: Gather qualitative and quantitative insights (analytics, session replays, interviews) to inform design decisions.

    - Prototyping & Documentation: Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, style guides, and hand-off documentation in Figma.
    - Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data analysts to align on requirements and feasible solutions.
    - Continuous Improvement: Monitor user engagement metrics; iterate designs to optimize conversion, retention, and satisfaction.

    Must-Have Qualifications

    - 5+ years in UX/UI design for SaaS products, with a portfolio showcasing end-to-end design ownership
    - Expert proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component libraries)
    - Strong grasp of UX methodologies (journey mapping, usability testing, A/B testing)
    - Ability to synthesize data (Google Analytics, Clarity) and user feedback into actionable designs
    - Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting rationale to non-design stakeholders
    - Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in user engagement

    Nice-to-Have:
    - Experience with design systems and scalable component libraries
    - Familiarity with front-end development constraints (HTML/CSS/JS)
    - Background in behavioral psychology or persuasion design
    - Upwork/freelance experience with fast-paced startups

    What We Offer:

    - High Impact: Your designs will directly shape core workflows for leading VC, PE, and government clients

    - Autonomy & Ownership: Lead UX strategy and execution across the product

    - Collaborative Culture: Work alongside seasoned product leaders, engineers, and data experts

    - Flexible Engagement: Remote work with a supportive, innovation-driven environment
