    Position: Project Manager
We need a bossy yet loveable Project Manager—someone who can be the metronome for our high-octane team.

Future Seer: Always two steps—or weeks—ahead.
Pushback Pro: Even against our CEO. Yup, you heard it.
Code Whisperer: CI/CD is your middle name.
Warden of the Invisible Code Jail: Zero tolerance for rogue code.
Structured Guru: Processes? You’ve got this.

Principal UX/UI Designer – Champion the User Journey

    About Our Company

Proven is a fast-growing SaaS platform used by venture capital, private equity, Banks, and global FDI/government organizations to connect their ecosystems, share intelligence, and give their companies access to trusted vendors.

Today, thousands of companies use Proven to discover deals and discounts, compare tools, surface trusted recommendations, and streamline communication across large, complex networks. But we’re at a major inflection point: Proven is evolving into a daily-use platform where businesses solve problems, evaluate vendors, and make smarter product decisions—with clarity, confidence, and speed.

We’re now redesigning that experience from the ground up.

    Role Overview

We’re looking for a senior, deeply user-centric UX/UI Lead to define the next generation of Proven. This is not a pure execution role. It’s a strategic, foundational design role for someone who wants to shape the product’s identity, build its design system, and remove friction from complex workflows.

You’ll work closely with product and engineering, step into the shoes of our core users (startup founders, operators, VCs, analysts), and reimagine how they navigate, search, evaluate solutions, and complete complex tasks with zero friction.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both sides of design:

    1) The hard foundational work — cleaning up files, establishing patterns, building the system.

    2) The high-impact creative work — defining a product used by thousands (eventually millions) of fast-growing companies

    You will:

    • Define and champion Proven’s UX strategy, focusing on clarity, usability, and product simplicity
    • Build the design system and component library from the ground up
    • Redesign key workflows so users can complete complex tasks with ease
    • Prototype end-to-end experiences in Figma
    • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
    • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate designs
    • Bring behavioral insights to encourage adoption and better decision-making
    • Guide the UX foundation of a platform going through rapid transformation

This is a role for someone who loves turning ambiguity into structure, enjoys simplifying complexity, and wants their design work to directly shape the future of a major global platform.

    What We Offer

A chance to influence the entire product at the moment it matters most.

You’ll join at the exact point where Proven is evolving from a feature-driven SaaS tool to a fully realized decision-making platform. Nothing is fully locked in yet — meaning your design choices will set the standard for years to come.

    • High Impact: Your work will be used by some of the fastest-growing companies in the world — eventually millions of professionals navigating their stack, workflows, and vendor decisions.
    • Foundational Ownership: Build the design system, UX principles, and product experience for Proven V2.
    • Strategic Input: Influence product direction at a deep level, working directly with the CEO and product leadership.
    • Room to Create: Start with the necessary groundwork (systems, structure, patterns) and then move into high-impact creative design that shapes the full experience.
    • Collaborative & Fast: Small, ambitious team with the autonomy to move quickly and make big decisions.
    • Flexible Engagement: Remote-first, supportive environment where clarity and craft are valued.

    Job Process

    1. Apply with your resume and a portfolio showcasing end-to-end SaaS product design
    2. Shortlisted candidates complete a short (40 mins) online aptitude test
    3. First interview with the Product Team
    4. Final interview with the CEO
