About the Role

We are looking for a person to become the single point of contact for several B2B clients using our Fintech product. You are a “bridge” (or “proxy”) between the team and clients.

This role sits at the intersection of product, support, engineering, and enterprise clients - and collaborating with all of these roles. (Your job does suppose managing development team.)

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients
• Consolidate and structure incoming requests from multiple stakeholders
• Maintain a transparent and up-to-date clients requests backlog
• Manage expectations, priorities, and timelines
• Lead regular client sync meetings
• Initiate and coordinate estimations with product team
• Track and communicate task progress
• Communicate releases, changes, and rollout plans, approvals
• Collect structured post-release feedback
• Coordinate communications and activities between multiple stakeholders across several B2B clients and product/development team.
• Clarify with clients questions and requests coming from product/engineering team

Requirements

Must Have

• Experience in Customer Success / Account management / Project management
• Experience working in a B2B software environment
• Experience communicating with enterprise clients
• Understanding of software development processes
• Strong English proficiency - written and spoken
• You can understand both business people and developers

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech or trading platforms
• Practical understanding of APIs, backend/frontend architecture, or system integrations
