We’re looking for a Talent Business Partner who will become a strategic partner for our product and engineering teams, helping to build strong talent, develop their potential, and achieve business goals.
In This Role, You Will Have the Opportunity To:
- Influence the Business. You will work directly with leaders of the product teams, helping them make effective decisions regarding structure and processes.
- Build and Improve. You won’t just support existing processes; you will design and implement HR solutions that scale teams, empower leaders, and help the business grow.
- Act Quickly and Flexibly. You will be able to test hypotheses, adapt approaches to real business challenges, and implement effective solutions that deliver results.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish strategic partnerships with team leaders, helping them effectively manage people, make key decisions, and build strong teams.
- Implement and manage HR processes that enable the business to achieve its goals: including the full employee lifecycle, leadership development, performance management, retention, etc.
- Analyze data and identify trends to help teams become more effective based on a data-driven approach.
- Launch HR initiatives that help teams achieve their objectives and address critical business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as an HR/Talent Business Partner in technology or product companies.
- Proven experience working with leaders at various levels, with a track record of driving successful team performance and leadership growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt HR strategies to meet business needs.
- Proficient in utilizing effective HR tools and frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Talent Management—experience with performance, motivation, and team development.
- Ability to make independent decisions and choose optimal approaches for solving complex tasks.
- English proficiency B2 +.
