About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to become the owner of our LTV forecasting models and help scale our marketing through data. At Promova, forecasting is a key business function that helps us grow safely and profitably.
In this role, you will not be starting from scratch or doing basic research. You will take ownership of a proven and production ready forecasting infrastructure that is already part of our daily operations. Your goal is to keep it accurate, stable, and ready to scale.
Why This Role is Your Next Challenge
- Direct Business Growth: Your work is the “green light” for our growth. You will own the data that tells us exactly where and how much to invest in marketing to scale the business safely.
- AI-First Culture: You won’t be figuring out AI alone. We have a dedicated squad focused on AI adoption and a full setup ready to use: Claude Desktop connected to Tableau, Notion, and our internal data sources, etc.
- Multiproduct Ecosystem: You’ll have the autonomy to adapt our proven forecasting logic for new products. Rather than starting from scratch, you’ll tailor what already works so our new apps can scale from day one.
What We’re Looking for
Core experience:
- Advanced SQL proficiency for querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Strong Python skills for data manipulation and supporting model logic.
- Solid understanding of statistics: probability, time series and experiment design.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau or Amplitude) to visualize complex data.
Bonus points:
- Experience in subscription-based products (web and/or mobile).
What You Will Do
- Own the LTV Forecast: take full ownership of the core predictive model, keeping it stable, monitored, and optimized so every marketing dollar is backed by accurate data.
- Scale New Products: lead the development and launch of forecasting models for upcoming products and experimental projects from the ground up.
- Ad-hoc & Deep-dive Analytics: answer urgent business questions, investigate anomalies, and share actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Automation & Data Quality: partner with Data Engineers to improve pipelines, automate analytics, and ensure our data is high quality.
- Document Methodology: maintain clear documentation of our models and logic.
