    Now we’re looking for an User Acquisition Manager to help us launch, test, and scale ad campaigns on a daily basis.

     

    The main goal of this role is to support Promova’s rapid growth by driving effective user acquisition through paid social media channels, primarily via Meta Ads and TikTok. 

    Through your work, you’ll directly contribute to Promova’s mission of making language learning accessible, affordable, and effective for everyone.

     

    Your Areas of Impact:

    • Set up and run paid campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and other platforms: from account preparation and audience targeting to scaling performance.
    • Achieve sustainable profitability by meeting ROI/ROMI targets, controlling CPA, and monitoring performance at every funnel stage.
    • Identify growth opportunities by testing new audiences, markets, and approaches.
    • Support testing initiatives: develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful strategies.
    • Optimize campaigns daily: track key metrics and collaborate with the team on adjustments.

    About You:

    • 1.5+ years of experience in User Acquisition with a focus on Meta: able to independently launch campaigns, test hypotheses, and take ownership of results within a product or team.
    • Hands-on experience managing budgets of $100—250K/month: confident in scaling, controlling CPA, and evaluating performance over time.
    • Proven optimization skills: working not only with creatives and audiences but also with bid strategy, budget allocation, and funnel step analysis.
    • Familiarity with TikTok Ads: experience launching campaigns or actively learning the platform with a strong motivation to grow in this area.
    • Testing mindset: ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.

    Your Area of Influence:

    • Own end-to-end ASO strategy for App Store & Google Play.

    YOUR AREA OF IMPACT:


    - Constantly generating new ideas for creatives.
    - Analyzing the market for creative trends, quickly spotting viral content on TikTok and Instagram, and creating engaging videos to attract users.

    What You’ll Do:

    • A/B Test Analysis: interpret the results of A/B tests and provide clear, data-driven recommendations for product development.
    • User Research: perform in-depth research on in-product user behavior to uncover key patterns and insights.
    • Data Visualization: create and maintain analytical reports and dashboards using Tableau and Amplitude.
    • Data Quality: actively contribute to monitoring and improving the quality and reliability of product data and tracking.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst.
    • Strong SQL skills for database management and analysis of large datasets.
    • Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Amplitude.
    • Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and analyzing results.
    • English proficiency B1+.

     

    Will Be a Plus:

    •  Hands-on experience with data analysis in Python.

    Now we're looking for a User Acquisition Manager to help us launch, test, and scale ad campaigns on a daily basis.

     

    The main goal of this role is to support Promova's rapid growth by driving effective user acquisition through paid social media channels, primarily via Meta Ads.

     

    Through your work, you'll directly contribute to Promova's mission of making language learning accessible, affordable, and effective for everyone.

     

    Your Areas of Impact:

    • Set up and run paid campaigns in Meta, TikTok, and other platforms: from account preparation and audience targeting to scaling performance.
    • Achieve sustainable profitability by meeting ROI/ROMI targets, controlling CPA, and monitoring performance at every funnel stage.
    • Identify growth opportunities by testing new audiences, markets, and approaches.
    • Support testing initiatives: develop hypotheses, run experiments, and scale successful strategies.
    • Optimize campaigns daily: track key metrics and collaborate with the team on adjustments.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to align objectives, exchange insights, and enhance overall performance.

     

    About You:

    • 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition with a focus on Meta and TikTok: able to independently launch campaigns, test hypotheses, and take ownership of results within a product or team.
    • Hands-on experience managing budgets of $200–500К /month: confident in scaling, controlling CPA, and evaluating performance over time.
    • Proven optimization skills: working not only with creatives and audiences but also with bid strategy, budget allocation, and funnel step analysis.
    • Testing mindset: ability to form hypotheses, run experiments, and scale what works.
    • English level B2: comfortable working with English-language ad accounts and creatives, and communicating with international teammates.

     

    Will Be a Plus:

    • Understanding of ad tracking systems – Pixel/CAPI.
    • Experience with automation tools or AI-driven optimization – bidding, audience, reporting.
    • Hands-on experience with AppLovin.
