We are a USA-based boutique Software Development Consultancy located in San Francisco, CA. We work on multiple customer products and we are currently expanding the Team that is developing a solution in Medical Research. 

About the Role

The Medical Research platform we have developed has gone intoProduction. As it’s increasing adoption in the market, we are in need of knowledgeable and experienced DevOps professionals to help fine tune the builds, manage run-time environments, monitor the performance and logs, handle scalability, resilience, alerting and security. 

This is long-term contract work in a remote, Distributed Team environment.

• Experts in maintaining and improving CI/CD Pipelines in GitHub and Bitbucket
• Are experienced in establishing and monitoring production systems and resources to detect problems before they are encountered by the end users
• Experienced with a wide variety of SQL and noSQL Databases
• Have proven experience working with Docker, Elastic, MongoDb, Prometheus, Kafka, Debezium and Grafana.
• Have experience with Restful APIs, Make, Keycloak, and SMTP.
• Actively participate to influence a positive work culture and an environment that facilitates learning, exploration, and growth
• Ability to contribute by coding when/if needed in Java, JavaScript, Vue.js is a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Architect and Software Engineers on solutioning CI/CD, Platform Quality, Resilience, Security and Scalability
• Configuring and Managing Monitoring, Observability, and Alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS)
• Database Management (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Administering and improving CI/CD pipeline
• Help investigate Production issues using the Database, Logs, and Source Code.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Prompt Engineer with a strong background in QA and Product Management. This person will design, test and maintain prompts and prompt workflows for generative AI systems, focusing on answer quality, safety and product alignment. This role is non‑technical in the sense that heavy software development or ML engineering is not required; strong domain knowledge in testing, product requirements and evaluation is essential. You will take part in working with a lead conversion platform, powered by AI and integrations, helps local businesses convert leads faster, communicate easier, and make more sales. 

Key responsibilities

• Design, document and iterate prompt templates, system instructions and example-based scaffolding for LLM-driven features.
• Run structured test campaigns: create test cases, input datasets, acceptance criteria and test plans for prompt outputs.
• Send queries to AI models, evaluate responses for correctness, relevance, completeness, tone and safety; record findings and recommend prompt adjustments.
• Perform manual and semi-automated QA of model outputs across scenarios and edge cases; report bugs, hallucinations and biased or unsafe outputs.
• Define and maintain quality metrics, benchmarks and validation suites specific to prompt performance.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX designers, data owners and engineers to translate product requirements into prompt specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize issues and propose product-focused remediation (prompt rephrasing, context changes, guardrails, fallback behaviors).
• Maintain prompt documentation, versioning and change logs; create reproducible prompt examples and playbooks for internal teams.
• Monitor production prompt performance, escalate regressions and support rollout/testing of prompt updates.
• Contribute to ethical and safety reviews, help mitigate prompt injection and other prompt-specific risks.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8 years total experience in the IT industry, with solid experience in QA and/or Product Management.
• Demonstrable experience evaluating and testing outputs of generative AI or rule-based systems (manual testing, test plans, acceptance criteria).
• Strong abilities in crafting clear, unambiguous written instructions and test cases.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher — comfortable reading technical docs and communicating with international teams.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, strong documentation skills and experience with defining QA metrics.
• Familiarity with common LLM usage patterns (prompt templates, few/zero-shot, RAG) and safety concerns (hallucination, bias, prompt injection).
• Comfortable using APIs or UI tools to interact with AI systems (no deep programming required).
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, design and engineering teams.

Preferred

• Prior hands-on experience as QA lead, Product Manager, or similar role in AI/ML product context.
• Experience with test automation frameworks or low-code tools for running prompt evaluation pipelines.
• Familiarity with tooling: OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Retrieval systems, or prompt management platforms.
• Knowledge of privacy/regulatory requirements relevant to model outputs.

We are looking for an iOS Developer for long-term contract work to join one of our client’s Development Product Teams. You will take part in working with a lead conversion platform, powered by AI and integrations, helps local businesses convert leads faster, communicate easier, and make more sales. 

This position requires working hours from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Kyiv time.

What you will be doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using modern architecture and tooling.
• Implement modular architecture with MVVM, Combine, and Structured Concurrency.
• Develop user interfaces with SwiftUI and UIKit, ensuring responsiveness with Auto Layout and Stevia.
• Support and enhance iOS 15.0 compatibility.
• Migrate existing app from portrait-only to support both landscape and portrait modes.
• Integrate with GraphQL, RESTful APIs, and Twilio for messaging and communication.
• Follow best practices for testing with XCTest, XCUITest, E2E testing, and ensure high code coverage.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
• Leverage Swift Package Manager (SPM) for dependencies management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to networking, media, and real-time communication.

What you should have:

• 6+ years of experience in iOS development with expertise in Swift, Cocoa Touch, and modern iOS architectures.
• Strong proficiency in SwiftUI, UIKit, Auto Layout, and Stevia.
• Experience with modular architecture, MVVM, Combine, and Structured Concurrency.
• Hands-on experience supporting iOS 15.0 and above.
• Proficiency working with GraphQL, REST APIs, and Twilio.
• Knowledge of unit testing, UI testing, E2E testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Swift Package Manager (SPM).
• Experience working with VoIP platforms, audio/video processing, and real-time communication protocols.
• Understanding of network protocols, packet capture, and diagnostics related to VoIP and telephony.
• Proficiency with App performance optimization and debugging tools.
