We are looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to build, automate, and support our cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD ecosystem. You will work on deployment automation, Kubernetes platforms, platform operations, and observability to ensure reliable software delivery.

Responsibilities:

• CI/CD & Deployment: Design, optimize, and maintain automated, template-based GitLab pipelines and deployment workflows (including blue/green, canary, and rollback strategies).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage environment-specific configurations and infrastructure provisioning using Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
• Platform & Stack Support: Automate deployment, scaling, updates, and maintenance for the core platform stack: Temporal, Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL, and Hasura.
• Observability: Set up centralized logging, dashboards, SLA/SLO monitoring, intelligent alerting, and incident response runbooks.
• AI-Assisted Operations: Integrate and utilize AI tools for pipeline optimization, anomaly detection, automated code reviews (IaC), and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration & Docs: Maintain clean technical documentation, runbooks, and conduct knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Technical Requirements:

• CI/CD / IaC: GitLab CI/CD, Helm, Kubernetes.
• Enterprise Platforms: Hands-on operational experience with VMware Tanzu and Red Hat OpenShift.
• Core Stack: Temporal, Apache Airflow, PostgreSQL (replication, backups, migrations), Hasura.
• Security & Quality: Security-first mindset, secrets management, and experience with code/image scanning tools (SonarQube, Coverity).
• Good verbal & written English.
