About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to build and manage outbound pipeline for our US market. You’ll be based in our Israel office, but your day will run on US hours and your entire focus will be American CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and founders evaluating how to scale their cloud infrastructure. This is a foundational role for our US expansion.
 

What you’ll do

Research and identify target accounts that fit our ideal customer profile, fast growing US companies with meaningful cloud spend who need DevOps capability without hiring internally.
Run outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings with US prospects.
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and events.
Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities smoothly.
Keep CRM data accurate and up to date in HubSpot.

What we’re looking for

Native or native level English, American accent and business communication style are important since you’ll be speaking with US prospects daily.
Deep familiarity with US business culture. American citizens, former US residents, or Olim from the US are a strong fit.
Willing and able to work US hours, meaning afternoon and evening shifts Israel time.
1 to 3 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally in SaaS, cloud, or technical B2B sales.
Comfortable talking to technical audiences like CTOs and VPs of Engineering, even without a deep technical background yourself.
Self starter, comfortable being the only one on the team working that shift.
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus but not required.

About the role

Track and report daily activities in CRM

About You:
0.5+ year of experience as a BDR\SDR
Prior experience in generating new leads, conducting cold calling, and customizing emails to a specific persona/ICP
Skilled communicator and listener
Can-do attitude, highly organized, and evidence of a strong work ethic
Experience working in a high input and time-sensitive environment.
Native English speaker
Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, CRM-an advantage
