Responsibilities: 

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects in parallel. 
• Work alongside senior project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. 
• Develop project documentation including project plans, timelines, and status reports. 
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, track progress, and communicate project updates. 
• Assist in identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies. 
• Support the team in maintaining and improving project management processes. 
• Participate in team meetings, providing input on project status and suggesting improvements. 
• Gain knowledge of various project management tools and methodologies. 

Skills & Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of English - Advanced
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field will be a plus. 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. 
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting management, and keeping internal processes efficient and compliant. 

🔑 What You’ll Do 

• Oversee and optimize administrative and operational processes 
• Manage document flow, reporting, and internal record-keeping 
• Support HR and finance teams with onboarding, payroll, and compliance tasks 
• Coordinate communication between departments and external partners 
• Monitor KPIs, prepare regular reports, and ensure timely task completion 
• Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency

We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design and implementation of next-generation AI solutions for Lifecycle Marketing.

As a senior member of our team, you will shape methodology, guide product direction under uncertainty, and represent us in high-stakes conversations with customers. You’ll combine deep expertise in causal inference, reinforcement learning, and experimentation with strong communication skills to drive impact across the company and with our clients.


Responsibilities:
 

• Own the design and methodology of data science solutions for lifecycle marketing, with emphasis on causal inference, uplift modeling, and reinforcement learning.
• Lead the development of experimentation frameworks (A/B/n tests, variance reduction, policy evaluation).
• Research, prototype, and productionize multi-armed bandits and contextual RL approaches for personalization and timing optimization.
• Take a strong, opinionated role in brainstorming sessions, guiding decision-making in areas of high uncertainty.
• Represent us in front of customers, translating complex modeling decisions into clear business value.
• Mentor junior and mid-level team members, raising the technical bar across the team.

• Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and access-related issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID).
• Manage Google Workspace users, groups, permissions, and security settings.
• Configure, deploy, and support Windows, macOS, and Linux laptops.
• Perform employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and access management.
• Maintain Microsoft Defender security policies and respond to security alerts.
• Implement and maintain security best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, device compliance, and access control.
• Troubleshoot networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT infrastructure issues.
• Support Cisco networking equipment and VPN solutions.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and software licensing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or Security Engineer.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
• Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Good understanding of IT security principles, including:
  • Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Endpoint Protection
  • Security Policies
  • Access Control
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with Cisco networking is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
