We are seeking motivated and experienced QA Manual Engineer with the automation testing skills. Our client is a leading U.S.-based financial services organization focused on helping individuals improve their financial health through credit education, restoration solutions, and digital financial tools. The product suite includes a mobile app, client portals, internal CRM systems, and integrations with third-party platforms such as credit bureaus and payment processors. The company operates in a regulated environment with strict compliance standards. Our client is expanding the team by QA Engineer to help ensure product quality across complex, integrated systems.

Required Qualification:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in QA engineering focused on manual testing.

• Deep understanding of QA methodologies, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile frameworks.

• Extensive experience designing and executing functional, end-to-end, smoke, regression, and integration test scenarios.

• Skilled in using tools such as Postman for API testing, Jira for defect tracking, and Confluence for documentation.

• Well-versed in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Strong analytical and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Nice to have:

 
Experience testing financial platforms, subscription services, or payment integrations. 
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium) 

What You’ll Do:

As a QA Engineer, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality releases across our product ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with the development team and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Designing, writing, and executing functional, end-to-end, smoke, and regression test cases across mobile (iOS/Android), web, and backend services.

• Performing thorough manual testing to validate feature functionality, data flow, and integration between services.

• Testing APIs using Postman to verify backend responses and service behavior.

• Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing and supporting test cycles with product and business teams to ensure the release meets user expectations.

• Filing detailed bug reports in Jira and documenting testing processes and findings in Confluence.

• Contributing to release readiness by validating builds across development, staging, and production environments.
