What we’re looking for

Must-have:

• 3+ years in a dedicated RevOps / Sales Ops role
• Deep HubSpot expertise (preferably Sales Enterprise)
• Proven ability to improve conversion rates using data
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams (10+ reps)

Nice to have:

• Background in procurement / finance / ERP-related products
• Experience with mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
• ABM / account-based GTM experience
• Strong written English (for docs, battlecards, enablement)

What you’ll own

You will take full ownership of RevOps and shape it from the ground up:

• Own HubSpot: architecture, integrations, workflows, data hygiene
• Build end-to-end funnel visibility (SDR → AE → Close)
• Define and refine ICP based on real data
• Evolve sales playbooks
• Enable the team with the right tools, processes, and insights
• Introduce and scale AI into prospecting, research, and follow-ups
• Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and reporting
• Manage lead routing, scoring, attribution, and SLAs

We're looking for Technical Support Engineer to increase customer satisfaction and stickiness by making integrations reliable and well‑supported. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated technical support specialist who will own integration‑related issues and deliver a high-quality support experience for our customers.
 

What you'll do (responsibilities)

• Provide L1–L2 technical support for integrations (Hotglue, Precoro API, and connected tools such as ERPs/accounting systems)  
• Diagnose and resolve API issues (authentication, rate limits, payloads, error codes) using Postman and logs  
• Investigate and resolve Hotglue sync failures and Python-based transformation issues (schema mismatches, mapping, data types)  
• Support customers in designing and validating integration flows between Precoro and their systems (ERP, finance, CRM, inventory)  
• Create and maintain documentation (troubleshooting guides, FAQs, runbooks, help center articles)  
• Escalate complex issues to engineering with clear reproduction steps and context  
• Identify recurring issues and contribute insights to product and API improvements  

What we look for (requirements)

• 1+ years of experience in Technical Support or Support Engineer roles in B2B
• Strong ability to read and understand API documentation  
• Familiarity with programming languages  
• Basic knowledge of SQL for checking or validating data  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+)

Nice-to-have skills

• Technical support for systems that integrate with ERPs, accounting, or procurement tools (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
• Familiarity with iPaaS / embedded integration tools (Hotglue, Zapier, n8n, Workato, Celigo).
• Experience with log analysis, monitoring tools, or tracing

Твої задачі включатимуть:

• Мануальне тестування складних модулів продукту
• Дослідження помилок на продакшені з використанням Sentry та бази даних
• Створення, актуалізація та підтримка тест-кейсів і іншої тестової документації
• Тісна співпраця з продакт-менеджером і розробниками для забезпечення високої якості продукту
   

Ми шукаємо людину, яка:

• Має 2+ роки досвіду роботи QA Engineer
• Має сильний досвід у web-тестуванні
• Володіє SQL на практичному рівні
• Вміє швидко занурюватися в проблеми, знаходити першопричини та пропонувати ефективні рішення
• Має досвід роботи зі структурованим і динамічним релізним процесом

👀 Про роль:

Продукт Precoro складається з кількох модулів, кожен із яких має свою кросфункціональну команду (QA, Dev, PM)

Зараз шукаємо Business Analyst у Documents модуль.

Це роль з прямим впливом на продукт: ти будеш формувати інсайти, які допомагають команді приймати рішення і запускати зміни, що реально впливають на користувачів.

📍 Формат роботи: гібридний (офіс у Києві + можна поєднувати з навчанням)

💡 Що ти будеш робити:

— Аналізувати, як клієнти користуються продуктом
— Виявляти проблеми, стоп-фактори та точки росту 
— Проводити дослідження (ринок, конкуренти, ERP-системи, внутрішні дані)
— Пропонувати рішення для покращення функціоналу та UX
— Працювати із запитами клієнтів: знаходити повторювані та визначати найбільш критичні
— Формувати інсайти, які стають основою для продуктових рішень

Що для цього потрібно:

— 1+ рік досвіду в ролі BA / Product Manager / Data Analyst
— Досвід роботи з метриками та аналітикою (usage, adoption, поведінка користувачів)
— Вміння формувати інсайти на основі даних
— Досвід взаємодії з технічною командою (Dev, QA, Product)
— Розуміння SDLC (від планування до релізу)
— Практичний досвід роботи з SQL
— Англійська на рівні B2+
— Освіта у сфері технологій, економіки або суміжних напрямків

➕ Буде плюсом:

— Розуміння JSON та API-відповідей
— Базові знання Python або PHP

Куди можна рости:
