What we’re looking for

Must-have:

• 3+ years in a dedicated RevOps / Sales Ops role
• Deep HubSpot expertise (preferably Sales Enterprise)
• Proven ability to improve conversion rates using data
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS sales teams (10+ reps)

Nice to have:

• Background in procurement / finance / ERP-related products
• Experience with mid-market or enterprise sales cycles
• ABM / account-based GTM experience
• Strong written English (for docs, battlecards, enablement)

What you’ll own

You will take full ownership of RevOps and shape it from the ground up:

• Own HubSpot: architecture, integrations, workflows, data hygiene
• Build end-to-end funnel visibility (SDR → AE → Close)
• Define and refine ICP based on real data
• Evolve sales playbooks
• Enable the team with the right tools, processes, and insights
• Introduce and scale AI into prospecting, research, and follow-ups
• Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and reporting
• Manage lead routing, scoring, attribution, and SLAs

Твої задачі включатимуть:

• Розробку, підтримку та вдосконалення автоматизованих тестів на Playwright + TypeScript
• Покращення існуючого тестового фреймворку та участь у формуванні тестової архітектури
• Створення нових тестів та рефакторинг існуючого коду
• Участь у code review та співпрацю з командою для забезпечення високої якості продукту
• Інтеграцію автотестів у CI/CD процеси та підтримку стабільності тестового середовища
   

Ми шукаємо людину, яка:

• Має практичний досвід роботи з Playwright та TypeScript
• Має 3-5 років досвіду в QA Automation або 1+ рік досвіду в ролі SDET
• Мислить як SDET: вміє проєктувати фреймворки, працювати з архітектурою тестування та покращувати кодову базу
• Готова не лише підтримувати існуючі рішення, а й активно створювати нові

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI або аналогами)
• Навички проведення code review
• Досвід роботи з B2B SaaS або fintech продуктами

Technical requirements
 

Core:

• Python (OOP, typing, clean code principles) 1–3 years’ experience
• Flask (or similar lightweight frameworks)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Integration Pipeline: Enhance the scalability of existing integrations while improving the stability and reliability of the entire integration pipeline.
• Modernization: Migrate legacy import logic to a modern microservices architecture and support current import functionality during the transition.
• Product Excellence: Enhance the REST API architecture to ensure the product remains stable and scalable under growing loads.
