This is not a classic IT Project Manager position.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager with a strong marketing and operational mindset — someone who understands how marketing teams work, can organize execution, maintain momentum, and help turn ideas into real, measurable outcomes.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in marketing, SMM, content, operations, or coordination, who want to grow into a broader project role and work closely with founders. You will support marketing initiatives, internal workflows, and cross-functional execution, helping keep everything structured, aligned, and moving forward.

What You’ll Do
• Coordinate daily tasks and workflows across marketing and internal teams
• Track deadlines, priorities, and task completion
• Support execution of marketing, content, and growth initiatives
• Prepare task lists, documentation, and status updates
• Follow up with stakeholders and ensure progress
• Help improve internal and marketing-related operational processes

• Requirements
• 1+ year of experience in marketing, SMM, operations, project coordination, or executive assistance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage workload
• English: confident working proficiency (B2+/C1+)
• Experience with task or project management tools is a plus
• Understanding of crypto, trading, or fast-moving digital products
• Prior experience working in a large or well-structured company, following established processes and standards

• Runway / Pika / Kling

• Build clickbait hooks (first 1–3 seconds = everything)

• Turn ideas into high-converting video flows

• Produce content daily (speed matters more than perfection)

• Test → iterate → scale what works

We are now expanding into the U.S. government contracting space, focusing on sourcing, bidding, and execution.

What You Will Do

This is a hands-on execution role, not theory.

You will:

• Search and identify vendors for specific parts (NSN-based sourcing)

• Work with platforms like SAM.gov to understand opportunities

• Send RFQs (Request for Quotes) to suppliers

• Communicate with vendors (email, sometimes calls)

• Compare pricing, availability, and delivery timelines

• Build and maintain supplier lists

• Support the bidding process with real data

• Work with messy, incomplete information and figure things out

Requirements

Must-have:

• Strong English (C1+) — written and spoken

• Ukrainian — native

• Ability to learn fast and figure things out independently

• Comfortable with repetitive outreach + research

Nice to have (big advantage):

• Experience with procurement / sourcing / RFQ

• Experience with SAM.gov or government contracts

• Experience working with suppliers / vendors

• Basic understanding of pricing, negotiation, or logistics
