Plexsupply, Inc. is a US-based e-commerce company ranked among the Top 200 Amazon sellers in the United States.
Alongside marketplaces, the company is developing its own online store as a separate strategic direction, with a focus on scaling sales and long-term profitability.

Current Website Status:

The website is built on Magento and is currently undergoing technical upgrade and optimization.
A project-based Magento developer is involved, and an external technical contractor is being selected to provide further platform support and development.

In parallel, a basic analytics and SEO foundation is being established.

 

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist / Website & E-Commerce Manager who will be responsible for the operational management of the website and its development as an e-commerce project.

 

The Role Combines:

• development of a growth strategy together with the Sales Director;
• online marketing;
• daily operational website support (advertising, content, analytics, troubleshooting with involvement of relevant specialists);
• coordination of content teams and technical maintenance contractors.
  
   

Key Objective:

The key objective is to ensure stable website operation, systematic development, and gradual growth of online sales.

We are looking for a manager with strong expertise in online marketing and sales, who can organize the website as a managed e-commerce business direction.

This Role Is for a Specialist Who:

• has a deep understanding of e-commerce and marketing;
• can work effectively with marketing, content, design, support teams, and technical contractors;
• has proven experience of effective work in a remote environment.
  
   

Area of Direct Responsibility:

• Operational website management (stability, relevance, change control).
• Website task planning and prioritization.
• Coordination of marketing, content, design, customer support, and technical contractors within the website’s operational scope.
• Control of task execution, deadlines, and quality of deliverables.
• Ensuring proper analytics setup and regular reporting.
• Analysis of website performance metrics and preparation of management insights.
  
   

Area of Influence:

• Participation in defining the online store development strategy together with the Sales Director.
• Participation in planning marketing and promotional activities.
• Contribution to improving the customer journey and conversion.
• Preparation and implementation of recommendations related to SEO, content, website structure, and offers.
• Development of initiatives aimed at growing the website-related e-commerce direction.
  
   

Team Context:

• Content team (data and catalog management).
• Designers (creation of visual materials).
• Project-based Magento developer / external technical contractors (website updates and maintenance).
• Sales Director (approval of development and advertising strategy).
• Project Manager (reporting, risks, budget).
  
   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or website management.
• Practical understanding of online sales, marketing logic, and tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, CRM systems, and email marketing.
• Experience working with marketing, content, design, and technical teams.
• Analytical mindset, structured approach, and results orientation.
• Proven experience working effectively in a remote format.
• English level B1 or higher.
• Discipline, responsibility, and readiness to work with time-tracking tools.
  
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Magento and/or Shopify.
• SEO, CRO, A/B testing.
• Experience with US-based e-commerce projects.

Ваші обов’язки:

• Підтримка роботи інфраструктури та різних сервісів.
• Віддалена підтримка користувачів, у тому числі англомовних.
• Налаштування та обслуговування мережевого обладнання та оргтехніки.
• Адміністрування облікових записів на різних сервісах.
• Встановлення та налаштування операційних систем та програмного забезпечення.

• Контроль резервного копіювання служб та додатків віддалених та локальних серверів.

Опис вакансії

Американська e-commerce компанія (топ-200 Amazon Sellers) шукає Tableau Developer / BI Analyst (E-commerce, Part-Time) для проектної або часткової зайнятості.
Основне завдання - налаштування Tableau, створення аналітичних дашбордів та організація структури даних для управлінської та операційної звітності.

Основні обов’язки:

• Налаштування та адміністрування Tableau (доступи, робочі середовища, підключення джерел даних).
• Створення інформативних дашбордів для фінансової, операційної та продуктової аналітики.
• Підключення Tableau до різних джерел (MySQL, Google Sheets, Amazon-звіти, внутрішні системи).
• Побудова моделей даних, KPI, обчислюваних полів.
• Забезпечення якості даних та оптимізація продуктивності дашбордів.
• Співпраця з операційним, продуктовим, фінансовим відділами.
  
   

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи в e-commerce / Amazon / онлайн-роздрібній торгівлі — обов’язково.
• Володіння Tableau на рівні адміністратора - обов’язково (Tableau Desktop + Server/Cloud).
• Глибокі знання SQL / MySQL.
• Досвід роботи з великими масивами даних, побудови BI-звітності.
• Досвід створення дашбордів (від збору вимог до готового продукту).
• Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей.
