    We expect from you:

    • 2+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
    • Experience managing development teams
    • Strong organizational and communication skills
    • Practical experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban
    • Confident use of Jira and Confluence
    • Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Experience in task breakdown, backlog management, and sprint planning
    • Experience preparing reports and analytics (Jira / Google Sheets / Excel)
    • Readiness to work with a time tracker
    • English level B2 or higher
    • Clarity, structured approach to work, and high level of engagement.
     

    Your responsibilities:

    • Managing the development team’s tasks and monitoring their execution
    • Forming, prioritizing, and maintaining the IT backlog
    • Planning sprints and releases, tracking deadlines
    • Conducting regular status meetings with the technical team
    • Identifying project risks and resolving them in a timely manner
    • Coordinating cooperation between the IT department and other teams (Sales, CS, Warehouse, Content, etc.)
    • Collecting business requests and preparing clear tasks for the development team
    • Controlling testing and acceptance of completed tasks
    • Maintaining project documentation
    • Preparing regular progress reports
    • Participating in improvements of internal systems and company processes.

    Role Overview:

    We are looking for a Website Growth, Marketing Lead who will be responsible for the operational management of the website and its development as an e-commerce project.

     

    The Role Combines:

    • development of a growth strategy together with the Sales Director;
    • online marketing;
    • daily operational website support (advertising, content, analytics, troubleshooting with involvement of relevant specialists);
    • coordination of content teams and technical maintenance contractors.

       

    Key Objective:

    The key objective is to ensure stable website operationsystematic development, and gradual growth of online sales.

    We are looking for a manager with strong expertise in online marketing and sales, who can organize the website as a managed e-commerce business direction.

    This Role Is for a Specialist Who:

    • has a deep understanding of e-commerce and marketing;
    • can work effectively with marketing, content, design, support teams, and technical contractors;
    • has proven experience of effective work in a remote environment.

       

    Area of Direct Responsibility:

    • Operational website management (stability, relevance, change control).
    • Website task planning and prioritization.
    • Coordination of marketing, content, design, customer support, and technical contractors within the website’s operational scope.
    • Control of task execution, deadlines, and quality of deliverables.
    • Ensuring proper analytics setup and regular reporting.

    Основне завдання - налаштування Tableau, створення аналітичних дашбордів та організація структури даних для управлінської та операційної звітності.

    Основні обов’язки:

    • Налаштування та адміністрування Tableau (доступи, робочі середовища, підключення джерел даних).
    • Створення інформативних дашбордів для фінансової, операційної та продуктової аналітики.
    • Підключення Tableau до різних джерел (MySQL, Google Sheets, Amazon-звіти, внутрішні системи).
    • Побудова моделей даних, KPI, обчислюваних полів.
    • Забезпечення якості даних та оптимізація продуктивності дашбордів.
    • Співпраця з операційним, продуктовим, фінансовим відділами.

       

    Вимоги:

    • Досвід роботи в e-commerce / Amazon / онлайн-роздрібній торгівлі — обов’язково.
    • Володіння Tableau на рівні адміністратораобов’язково (Tableau Desktop + Server/Cloud).
