We’re looking for an empathetic and responsible Customer Support Specialist to assist our clients and therapists with platform-related questions.
 

🎯 Your Impact Areas

• Communicate with clients and therapists via email and chat (Ukrainian + Polish)
• Communication with internal employees in English
• Provide information and basic tech support
• Log tickets and issues in CRM and internal databases
• Support therapist onboarding (if needed)
• Maintain our brand tone and communication style

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

• Write fluently and respectfully in Ukrainian, English(at least B1) and Polish (at least B1 and higher)
• Polite, empathetic, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Have basic experience with Gmail, Google Sheets; ideally also Notion and Slack
• Nice to have: Support experience, knowledge of therapy ethics, experience living/working in Poland

👩🏻‍💻 How We Work:

• Paid 2-week onboarding (20 hours/week)
• Flexible shift schedule of 35-40 hours per week within the department's working hours: weekdays from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, weekends from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (schedule updated weekly)
• Fully remote work with hubs in Kyiv, Warsaw, Riga

• High autonomy with senior team support

🧩 Recruitment process for this position:

1. Test assignment. If your experience matches the role, you’ll receive a task to complete first.
2. Interview with the Hiring Manager. If the assignment meets our expectations, we’ll invite you to a conversation with the team.
3. (Optional) Final interview with the co-founder (Chief of Therapy).
4. Reference check. we may reach out to previous employers or colleagues.
5. Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll move forward with an official offer.

While the steps may slightly vary depending on the candidate’s background, this is the general structure of our process.
 

🔹 Additional Notes:

• During the probation (3 months), we expect ownership mindset, openness to feedback, and care for communication quality
• We may ask for reference feedback before making an offer
• Test tasks and feedback must be responded to within 4 working days. If we don’t receive a reply within this timeframe, we will consider the application withdrawn and move forward with other candidates. Exceptions are made if the candidate informs us in advance about a valid reason for the delay.

We’re looking for a Lead PR & Community Manager who is ready to take ownership, shape narratives, and spark meaningful connections across our existing and new markets.

• B2C leadership – Drive a PR and Community vision that makes our brand impossible to ignore in every market we enter.
• Media mastery – Build a network of top-tier journalists, pitch stories that stick, and secure consistent, high-value coverage.
• Events with edge – Create, plan, and deliver B2C events and community activations people will talk about and remember.
• B2B event execution – Partner with our B2B team to transform selected events into flawlessly executed experiences.
• Brand-to-brand magic – Lead collaborations that bring our brand to life alongside other industry leaders.
• Employer brand excellence – Elevate our employer brand through targeted communications, industry visibility, and authentic storytelling.
• Trendspotting – Anticipate and harness emerging PR, event, and brand marketing trends before they hit the mainstream.

🧠 Your Superpower Stack

• 3+ years in PR, communications, event management, or brand marketing and the portfolio to prove it.
• Proven ability to work with media and secure coverage that moves the needle.
• Experience creating and executing events, community activations, and conference presences (including booth management).
• Strong track record in brand marketing and high-impact collaborations.
• Skilled at working with media platforms and building meaningful partnership programs.
• International market experience (Poland, Ukraine, Romania; other markets are a plus).
• English - at least Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher - persuasive, confident, and ready to own the conversation.
• Visionary mindset with the execution skills to make it real.

🧩 Recruitment process for this position:

1. Introductory call (30 minutes). A short get-to-know-each-other call to align on expectations and culture fit.
2. Test assignment. If we’re aligned, we’ll send you a practical task to evaluate your approach and thinking.
3. Deep-dive interview (up to 1 hour). A conversation with the Hiring Manager to discuss your test assignment, past experience, and future potential.
4. Final interview (optional). In some cases, we may schedule an additional conversation with our CEO.
5. Reference Checks. Before extending a final job offer, we kindly ask for references from your previous places of work. These help us ensure a great mutual match and a smooth start together.
6. Offer stage. If everything aligns, we’ll proceed with an offer.
