GPAS TEAM

Gaming Platform as a Service aka GPAS is Playtech’s exclusive distributed games delivery platform that currently has more than 1000 games running on it. 

GPAS is a highly accessible, multi-tenant, scalable, distributed and event-driven system written in Scala with the help of the Akka framework. 

We use Couchbase as a hot storage and AWS S3/DynamoDB as our cold storage to ensure we can handle nearly a billion transactions per day. 

We have a complex solution that provides capabilities to run a variety of different slot, and multiplayer games and our architecture supports an extension to support other types of games.

We adopt Scrum methodology to deliver new features on time.

CASINO MOBILE TEAM

Our project is closely integrated with development teams located across Ukraine, Estonia, and Israel. We specialize in developing web-based casino applications for mobile devices.

As a member of our friendly and professional team, you’ll receive full support and knowledge sharing to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

We focus on cross-platform game development (Java, HTML5, Android, iOS) using the Google open-source framework PlayN. Approximately 95% of our development is done in Java core and PlayN. All projects are built from scratch, including the full implementation of business logic.

• Develop and maintain both client-facing and server-side applications, ensuring seamless integration and communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• Write high-quality, scalable code for web applications, focusing on excellent user experience, performance, and back-end efficiency.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including designing database architectures, creating RESTful APIs, and integrating third-party services, alongside front-end feature development.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications, optimizing for security, scalability, and maintainability.

• Take part in QA processes, including test execution, reporting, troubleshooting, and support activities.
• Analyze requirements, design test scenarios, and conduct testing for new features.
• Identify, localize, and report software defects while monitoring their resolution.

• Are skilled in reading and analyzing logs to identify root causes of defects.
