This role involves close collaboration with the partnerships team and active participation in building and scaling the company’s partnership ecosystem.

No prior experience is required — we are open to candidates at the beginning of their career.
 

Requirements

• Ambitious and proactive mindset with interest in partnerships / business operations
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher (for communication with international partners)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Experience with Google Sheets / Excel (filters, basic formulas, data structuring)

   

Responsibilities
Partnership Operations

• Maintain and update the partner database
• Track negotiation and integration statuses
• Manage and support the partnerships pipeline
• Research and collect contacts of potential partners
• Conduct partner research based on business needs
• Assist with drafting partner outreach and initial communication

Communication & Coordination

• Schedule meetings and intro calls with partners
• Coordinate contract signing processes
• Follow up after meetings and calls
• Track deadlines and open tasks
• Prepare meeting notes and summaries

Research & Market Analysis

• Identify new potential partners
• Analyze the market and partnership landscape
• Research competitors and their partnerships
• Prepare short research summaries

Documentation & Administration

• Prepare draft partnership agreements
• Track document signing status
• Maintain contracts and partner documentation
• Support document flow within the partnership team

Administrative Support

• Assist with calendar management and meeting organization
• Prepare briefings before partner meetings
• Coordinate business trips and conference participation
• Help prepare presentations and partner materials

At the moment, we are looking for a Manual QA Engineer ($$2000-2500).

Please note that this is a full-time on-site position in our Lviv office.
 

What We’re Looking For 

• Solid understanding of software testing principles, including testing methodologies, techniques, and types of testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — ability to identify issues, think critically, and provide data-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience testing web applications, ensuring quality across different browsers and environments.
• Proven experience in end-to-end product testing, covering both functional and non-functional aspects.
• Proficiency in requirements analysis and validation, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical implementation.
• Practical experience using JIRA (or similar tools) for test case management, defect tracking, and collaboration.
• Excellent self-organization and attention to detail, with the ability to independently deep dive into complex systems and processes.

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)

• QA certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent, demonstrating formal testing knowledge and best practices.
• Experience testing enterprise systems with hierarchical user structures, including admin portals for managing roles, users, and permissions.
• Familiarity with systems involving complex data mapping or integrations with third-party platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute functional and UI testing to ensure software quality across different platforms and browsers.
• Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, checklists, and test reports.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Developers, Product Managers, and Designers — to ensure shared understanding of requirements and deliverables.
• Participate in requirements review and clarification sessions, identifying gaps, ambiguities, or potential risks early in the development cycle.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Validate implemented features and verify bug fixes, maintaining high confidence in product stability and performance.
