This role is all about building strong, lasting relationships and representing Play.Partners on the global stage — from private meetings to major iGaming events.
🎯 What You’ll Own:
- Sourcing and onboarding new direct advertisers (iGaming, Betting, Casino)
- Owning the full cycle: from first contact to signed contract and ongoing account management
- Regularly attending top industry conferences (1–2/month) to build relationships and expand our network
- Managing and scaling advertising deals (CPI, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
- Collaborating with affiliate, product, and media buying teams to align on goals and opportunities
- Identifying market trends and competitor moves to stay ahead
🔍 What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in biz dev or sales in the iGaming vertical (Casino, Betting, etc.)
- Proven experience attending and networking at major iGaming conferences
- Strong understanding of performance marketing models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPL
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills — both in-person and online
- English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
- Proactive mindset, ownership attitude, and the drive to close high-value deals

- English level B2+ — you’ll communicate with international partners daily
