Play Partners is an iGaming partner team. We’re looking for a part-time SMM Manager to run our Instagram and repurpose content for Telegram and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Instagram management
  • Plan and publish posts (static/carousels; reels if needed)
  • Create and post stories regularly
  • Keep consistent tone of voice and visual style
• Content repurposing
  • Duplicate/adapt IG content for Telegram (announcements, short updates, digests)
  • Adapt content for LinkedIn (more business-oriented wording and structure)
• Build and maintain a content plan (2–4 weeks ahead)
• Write strong captions, CTAs, hashtags
• Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with the team on topics, assets, approvals, and deadlines

Requirements

• Proven SMM experience (iGaming / affiliate / crypto / fintech is a plus, not a must)
• Ability to create content end-to-end: copy + basic design (Canva/Figma)
• Solid understanding of Instagram mechanics and LinkedIn specifics
• Self-managed, detail-oriented, reliable with deadlines
• Nice to have: English copywriting skills (or willingness to improve/adapt)

Work Format

• Remote, part-time
• Estimated workload: 8-10 hours/week (depending on volume)
• Weekly / bi-weekly check-ins and reporting
