ROIFORCIO GmbH (Austria, R&D in Ukraine) is looking for Technical Product Owner for Owner to help us develop the best AI solution for content delivery using presentations.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy Execution: Implement the vision and mission of the product based on the company strategy and vision, customer, market, and technology trends. Describe and prioritize features according to business value.

Requirements Management: Responsible for gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the needs and requirements of stakeholders. It includes functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Backlog Management: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog (design, back-end dev, front-end dev), ensuring the team is working on features or tasks that deliver maximum value. Organize and facilitate backlog refinement sessions with the development team.

Scrum Ceremonies: Run the Scrum events such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.

Stakeholder Management: Regularly engage with stakeholders, communicate product developments, resolve any issues, and ensure stakeholder needs are met.

Quality Assurance: Execute the QA, create test plans, bug reports, and ensure that the product is aligned with requirements.

Product Analytics: Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to inform future development and make adjustments as necessary.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a product owner role for a minimum of 2 years, preferably in the SaaS and Data Science, AI.

Knowledge of UX/UI principles, ability to work with design teams to ensure a user-centric design approach.

Knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies. Ability to lead and run the Backlog Groomings, Sprint Plannings.

Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC), including QA processes and methodologies.

Jira 2+ years experience.

An understanding of the recruiting process, candidate management systems, and associated technologies is a strong advantage.

Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills. Knowledge about web analytics, system integrations, and API.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.

B2+ English, must.

ROIFORCIO is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and Enterprise IT solutions. This is a high-impact role focused on expanding our presence among international enterprise clients and leveraging cutting-edge AI training and sales product Pitch Avatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business development and sales activities
• Identify, engage, and manage relationships with international enterprise clients
• Actively use and promote Pitch Avatar, an AI-powered presentation and sales platform, as part of the sales process
• Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos to end users, partners, and C-level stakeholders
• Manage full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure
• Recruit, onboard, and enable key reseller and channel partners
• Plan and execute joint business plans with partners, including enablement, training, pipeline management, and co-marketing
• Initiate and support Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements with prospects and partners
• Provide regular internal forecasting, reporting, and strategy alignment

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or IT/OT Security Sales to enterprise clients, including international companies
• Experience managing deals of €100K+ annually
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role focused on the EU and US market
• Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
• Fluency in English
• Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable working in a remote-first, international environment

Responsibilities
Managing a team of testers, mentoring
Organizing testing processes, distributing tasks, and quality control
Conducting manual and automated testing of Web and mobile Web applications
Developing, supporting, and optimizing autotests (UI, REST, WebSocket, WebRTC)
Analyzing requirements and specifications, preparing test plans and test cases
Reporting and supporting found defects until they are fixed
Testing integrations between REST API and WebSocket streams
Performing performance testing (k6 or similar tools)
Interacting with PM, developers, AI/ML and monetization teams
Participating in improving QA processes and building automation infrastructure

Requirements
3+ years of experience testing Web applications, of which at least 1 year in a Lead/Senior role
Practical experience with test automation in Playwright

Understanding BDD / Cucumber principles - desirable
Experience in REST API automation (Playwright, Postman, Swagger)
Experience in WebSocket / WebRTC automation (message validation, REST integration)
Knowledge of HTTP / HTTPS basics, client-server architecture
Experience in JSON response analysis and business logic validation
Understanding SQL (JOINs, queries, data validation)
Experience with GitLab / GitHub, Jira, Confluence, TestRail / Testiny
Knowledge of Charles / Fiddler or similar for network request analysis
Basic experience with Python / Pytest, libraries for semantics testing, audio metrics will be an advantage
Experience in conducting performance tests (k6, JMeter, Locust) - desirable
