We are looking for a Business Development Manager who doesn’t just close deals — but builds sustainable business growth worldwide.
Your Mission
- Develop and expand B2B partnerships with iGaming operators, platforms, and aggregators
- Identify, approach, and onboard new partners across international markets
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiations, contracting, and launch
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and new growth opportunities
- Represent PhoenixGames at international conferences and industry events (online & offline)
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Account teams to ensure successful integrations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within iGaming
- Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (operators, aggregators, providers, licensing)
- Proven experience negotiating with decision-makers
- Fluent or advanced English (written & spoken)
- Experience working with CRM systems and KPIs
- Proactive mindset, strategic thinking, and a strong hunter mentality
Nice to Have
- Existing network of iGaming contacts
- Experience launching new markets
- Knowledge of slots, crash, or instant games
- Background in white-label or turnkey solutions
