    language skills).

     

    It is a remote full-time position.

    Schedule: 8 AM - 8 PM; 8 PM - 8 AM CET, 24/7, day and night shifts. (2 by 2. Two
    working days, followed by two days of rest)

     

    You have great opportunity to get:

     Experience in the international company working with people around the
    globe;
     Compensation – $900 for the first 2 months, and $950 after 2 months;
     Bonus - $50 depending on the execution of the KPI per month;
     Training will be provided by the company and the client;
     20 paid days of vacations and 10 days of sick leaves per year;
     

    Your responsibilities:

     Support with technical questions;
     Politely respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner;
     Cooperate with development and QA teams to resolve the issues from
    customers;
     Analyze customer requests and suggest improvements;
     Develop healthy Customer Relationship;
     Keep clients engaged and regularly using products;
     Constant follow up on clients and leads: service usage issues, renewals;
     Maintain a detailed understanding of Client's services, assist customers with
    questions and suggest the best solutions for their needs;
     Build customer loyalty and retention;

     Resolve customer issues
     Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of
    the customer experience;
     Build Trust and Transparency with Clients

     

    You are our perfect candidate if you have:

     Proficiency in written English at the B2-C1 level;
     Experience with Windows OS will be an advantage;
     Prior experience in Customer Support , demonstrating a track record of
    proficiently managing customer relationships and addressing their needs
    would be a plus
     Strong problem-resolution skills;
     Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and
    discretion;
     Ability to work in a stressful situation, remaining calm, and showing respect
    and empathy while working with clients;
     Ability to remain focused while working remotely.

    Your responsibilities:

    • Assisting customers with billing inquiries, including but not

      limited to payment processing, subscription management, and

      plan changing;


       

    • Working towards keeping customers by addressing the

      underlying issues prompting their desire to cancel subscription.

      This involves navigating a delicate balance between persuasion

      and avoiding excessive friction with room for flexibility and

      creative problem-solving;

    • Politely respond to customers’ inquiries in a timely manner via

      email or live chat, ensuring a high level of professionalism and

      service quality;

    • Gathering the info about refund-related issues;
    • Analyze customers’ requests to identify trends and areas for

      improvement, providing valuable insights to enhance the overall

      user experience;

    • Assisting users with critical or non-critical bugs.

    Requirements/necessary experience:

     

    •  Proficiency in written English at the C1 level
    • Experience with Mac and Windows OS will be an advantage;  
    • Working as product support would be a plus
    • Experience with Apple/Amazon/PayPal/Billing services + with
      Zendesk/Intercom will be an advantage;
    • Working as an account manager would be a plus.
    •  Strong problem-resolution skills;
    • Experience as a Customer Support Representative;
    • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with
      confidentiality and discretion;
    • Ability to work in a stressful situation, remaining calm, and
      showing respect and empathy while working with clients;
    • Ability to remain focused while working remotely.

    ● Oversee social media scheduling, engagement, and community management via automation.

    ● SEO & Website: Use AI tools for keyword research, content optimization, and on-page SEO.

    ● Update and optimize landing pages and website content.

    ● Reporting & Analytics: Set up dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and conduct A/B testing

    using AI-powered analytics.

    ● Lead Generation: Automate lead collection, enrichment, and outreach processes.

    ● Process Automation: Continuously identify and implement automation opportunities in all

    marketing workflows.

    ● Hire and manage external content creators or freelancers when live-action content, specialized

    design, or other human-driven tasks are required.

     

    ● Coordinate with technical specialists (e.g., web developers, Automation Specialists) for complex

    projects as needed.

    ● Work closely with one assistant to cover overflow tasks or specialized needs.

     

    Our Ideal Candidate:

    ● Minimum 3+ years of experience as a markering director

    ● Experience with AI tools or a personal interest in AI (e.g., as a hobby) is a strong

    advantage.

    ● Fluent in written and spoken English (C1 level) and Dutch(C1) languages.

    ●Self-employment. We will sign a contract with you as with independent businessman;

    ●You can work from home, don’t be distracted;

    ●Have your own PC and good Internet connection.
