We’re looking for a detail-oriented engineer who’s great at executing tasks, eager to learn, and comfortable following established processes. You’ll be part of a close-knit team developing smart pet devices that thousands of pet lovers use worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Implement business tasks and features in the firmware
- Support and maintain the existing codebase
- Assist with software requirements documentation at the component level
- Perform testing and troubleshooting of firmware and hardware interactions
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with C or C++ development
- Solid knowledge of C and understanding of C++ basics
- Experience with embedded development (low-power MCU-based devices, sensors, peripherals)

This is a hands-on, generalist operations role that touches every part of our business — from logistics and inventory to vendor onboarding, sales channel fulfillment, and administrative processes.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of practical experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets!), Slack, and Notion
- Comfortable with C1-level English
- Advanced Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, conditional logic, dashboards, data analysis)
- Exceptional written communication (especially vendor-facing emails and agreements)
- Confidence in reading and fixing operational parts of contracts (payment terms, Shipment and delivery clauses, RMA procedures, etc.)

Nice-to-Have Experience- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (ops side: inventory, shipments, reconciliation)
- Experience using vendor portals (e.g. Target Partners Online, Costco Vendor Hub)
- Knowledge of EDI/integrations like SPS Commerce, eZcom, Flexport (Deliverr), FBM API
- Experience working with WMS platforms and 3PL warehouses
- Exposure to US corporate insurance procurement (General Liability, Workers’ Comp, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Zapier or other automation tools — we’re especially excited if you bring deeper automation expertise than the current team!

- Mobile testing (both iOS and Android).
- Web application testing (both Frontend and Backend).
- Firmware and hardware testing (we are an IoT company, yeah).
- Regression testing (a lot of components == a lot of releases).
- Create, support, and execute functional test cases.
- Report and investigate issues/bugs found.
- Collaborate with the whole Petcube team and contractors as well.
Requirements- Up to 12 months of proven QA experience.
- Strong knowledge of QA theory - goals, approaches, types, design, and documentation.

- Good verbal and written communication in English (Upper-intermediate or higher).
