Petcube Devices' Core team is looking for a hands-on Embedded Software Engineer ready to dive into real engineering tasks and grow under the guidance of experienced mentors.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented engineer who’s great at executing tasks, eager to learn, and comfortable following established processes. You’ll be part of a close-knit team developing smart pet devices that thousands of pet lovers use worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Implement business tasks and features in the firmware
• Support and maintain the existing codebase
• Assist with software requirements documentation at the component level
• Perform testing and troubleshooting of firmware and hardware interactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with C or C++ development
• Solid knowledge of C and understanding of C++ basics
• Experience with embedded development (low-power MCU-based devices, sensors, peripherals)
• Experience working with BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) (e.g., Nordic SoC or similar platforms) communication protocols and debugging
• Understanding of energy-saving design principles and device-level power management
• Ability to write clean, reusable, well-structured code
• Comfortable working in a structured environment with guidance

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with RTOS and low-power debugging
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies like Scrum and Kanban

We’re looking for a highly capable and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team full-time.

This is a hands-on, generalist operations role that touches every part of our business — from logistics and inventory to vendor onboarding, sales channel fulfillment, and administrative processes.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of practical experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain coordination
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (especially Sheets!), Slack, and Notion
• Comfortable with C1-level English
• Advanced Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, conditional logic, dashboards, data analysis)
• Exceptional written communication (especially vendor-facing emails and agreements)
• Confidence in reading and fixing operational parts of contracts (payment terms, Shipment and delivery clauses, RMA procedures, etc.)
• Strong data structuring and organizing skills
• Self-starter mindset — able to learn tools and build clear processes independently

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic & international shipments, including small parcel logistics
• Manage inbound/outbound processes with 3PLs and carriers
• Handle inventory reconciliation across warehouses and Amazon
• Maintain and update core ops reports (e.g. PO register, inventory status)
• Support vendor portals (Chewy, Petco, Target POL, etc.) and handle POs/invoices
• Participate in product & channel launches (ops side)
• Review & fix operational contract terms (shipping, payment, unit economics, RMA)
• Lead procurement and renewal of US corporate insurance policies (trial-period focus)
• Independently run routine ops tasks (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Propose and execute measurable process optimisation

Nice-to-Have Experience

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central (ops side: inventory, shipments, reconciliation)
• Experience using vendor portals (e.g. Target Partners Online, Costco Vendor Hub)
• Knowledge of EDI/integrations like SPS Commerce, eZcom, Flexport (Deliverr), FBM API
• Experience working with WMS platforms and 3PL warehouses
• Exposure to US corporate insurance procurement (General Liability, Workers’ Comp, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Zapier or other automation tools — we’re especially excited if you bring deeper automation expertise than the current team!

Location & Schedule

• Full-time, remote position
• Flexible working hours
• Must be available for at least 2 hours/day, overlapping with both the US and China time zones

Petcube is thirsting to expand our QA team with an open-minded Junior QA Engineer who has experience (or a strong willingness to gain) in testing hardware and software products.

The person we are looking for is passionate about testing products and ready to work hard to reach magnificent goals.

Responsibilities

• Mobile testing (both iOS and Android).
• Web application testing (both Frontend and Backend).
• Firmware and hardware testing (we are an IoT company, yeah).
• Regression testing (a lot of components == a lot of releases).
• Create, support, and execute functional test cases.
• Report and investigate issues/bugs found.
• Collaborate with the whole Petcube team and contractors as well.

Requirements

• Up to 12 months of proven QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA theory - goals, approaches, types, design, and documentation.
• Hands-on experience/knowledge or desire to test (means knowledge too, though) IoT and Mobile products.
• Good verbal and written communication in English (Upper-intermediate or higher).
• Experience with project/test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, TestLink, etc.).
• Best practices of how, when, and why to create test cases, bugs, and checklists.
• Willing to work closely in a team, nor the ability to execute tasks by yourself.
• Readiness to work in very-very fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and self-learning.
• Willingness to learn and develop testing automation skills.
• Loving getting things done.
