Persona is a private social network built for communities. We make it easy to spin up group chats that are backed by a lightweight DAO with communal treasuries and governance. Our mission is to empower communities to launch, scale and share wealth together as they grow. # What we're looking for
- Experienced dev who has shipped high quality production code.
- Ability to work across the stack and work through issues regardless of where they occur (frontend, backend, infra, etc).
- Someone who can self-manage and work in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous environment
- Familiarity with JavaScript ecosystem, React and React Native (though experience with React Native not strictly required).
- Attention to detail, especially performance considerations.
