Our client  is a recruitment agency filling roles for international companies in iGaming and fintech across multiple jurisdictions (Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, Yerevan, and more). We're growing and looking for someone to own the agency's development: bringing in new clients and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle sales of recruitment services: from first contact to signed contract
• Lead generation and developing new client acquisition channels (LinkedIn, industry platforms, networking)
• Negotiating with clients, including C-level and key decision-makers
• Preparing commercial proposals and managing terms of cooperation
• Growing existing accounts: upselling, expanding partnerships, long-term relationships
• CRM management: keeping lead and deal statuses up to date, follow-ups
• Representing the agency at industry conferences and events (e.g. ICE), networking
• Analyzing market trends and competitors to shape sales strategy

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B service sales — recruitment, IT outstaff/outsource, or related fields
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills, including with C-level stakeholders
• Structured approach to CRM and pipeline management
• English from Upper-Intermediate (written and spoken) — most communication is international
• Proactive mindset, strong self-organization, and a results-driven focus
• Experience in iGaming / fintech is a strong plus
