Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience in Android application development

— Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and experience with Jetpack Compose

— Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, OOP principles, and design patterns

— Solid knowledge of Android app architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVP, MVVM), and best practices

— Hands-on experience with core Android frameworks such as ViewModel, LiveData, Room, WorkManager, and Navigation Component

— Experience with both Jetpack Compose and XML-based UI

— Proficiency in working with REST APIs (e.g., Retrofit or Ktor)

— Experience using Git for version control

— Writing clean, testable, and maintainable code (including unit tests)

— Passion for software engineering, learning, and continuous improvement

— Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)

— Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small team

Responsibilities:

— Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Android SDK

— Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, backend developers, and QA engineers

— Integrate RESTful APIs and handle data synchronization, background tasks, and offline functionality

— Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and contribute to improving the development process

— Optimize application performance and ensure smooth user experience across various devices and Android versions

— Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application stability and reliability

Nice to have:

— Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

— Experience with CI/CD

— Knowledge of Dependency Injection (e.g., Hilt, Dagger)

— Familiarity with Google Play release process and optimization

• Досвід роботи з базами Realm, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Знання Express.js
• Самостійність у вирішенні задач (звісно, будуть мітинги, брейншторми тощо, але здатність розв'язувати проблеми самостійно — дуже важлива)
