    We are looking for:

    Workplace Experience Coordinator who is a highly organised and proactive professional with experience in administrative and operational support to help streamline internal processes, communication, and knowledge management. This role is ideal for someone skilled in Google Workspace, AI tools, and Slack, who is eager to support HR initiatives and is comfortable coordinating company events and projects.
    As a key partner to both the HR team and leadership, you will play an important role in ensuring operational efficiency and structured knowledge sharing.


    Responsibilities:

    Operational & administrative support
    • Assist the HR and Operations team with daily tasks and ongoing projects.
    • Coordinate communication and workflows between teams.
    • Support internal initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and consistency.
    • Help implement new tools and processes for smoother operations.
    Internal communication & knowledge management
    • Organize and optimize Slack workspace (channel rules, descriptions, public directory, employee onboarding).
    • Maintain a central channel directory for easy navigation.
    • Ensure internal communication follows best practices.
    Document & process management
    • Structure and maintain Google Drive/shared drives.
    • Implement rules for document identification, storage, and security.
    HR collaboration & event coordination
    • Support employee recognition initiatives (birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gifts).
    • Provide logistical help for company-wide activities and events.
    • Collaborate with HR on equipment management, including international purchases and policy adjustments.
    • Coordinate planning and execution of corporate events and online activities.
    Executive & project support
    • Assist leadership in planning special events and milestones.
    • Research and compare vendors/contractors, collect proposals, and support negotiations.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in IT administrative, operational, or HR support roles.
    • English (spoken and written) - B2 (upper intermediate).
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
    • Experience with Google Workspace and Slack.
    • Process-oriented, detail-focused, and problem-solving mindset.
    • Experience in project coordination or vendor management is a plus.
