Pechersk School International
Pechersk School International (PSI Kyiv) is a non-for-profit, international school that opened in Kyiv in 1995.
PSI is the first and the only school in Ukraine that has authorisation to teach the three International Baccalaureate ® (IB) programmes: Primary Years Programme, Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme. In addition to that, PSI offers an additional general education programme accepted by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
PSI Kyiv is proud of the prestigious IB World School status that it has held for more than 20 years. In spring 2023, Pechersk School International was awarded renewed accreditation status by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in managing tech teams, technology-related educational institutions, or tech communities.
- Passion for education, innovation, and developing technology-driven learning environments.
- Experience building education centers or tech hubs from scratch or managing L&D departments in tech companies is a strong plus.
- Strong motivation to contribute to socially significant projects and share expertise, with a genuine interest in working with children.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and engage teams.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Technology Innovation Center Leadership: Establish and lead the Technology Innovation Center, developing an educational hub where students explore technology, innovation, and digital learning.
- Strategic Technology Planning: Develop and implement a technology strategy that supports learning across all IB programs and grade levels.
- Instructional Support & Curriculum: Support teachers in integrating technology into classroom instruction and ensure the effective delivery of the technology curriculum by technology teachers.
- Infrastructure: Lead hardware and software purchasing decisions, ensuring a cutting-edge and efficient digital ecosystem.
- Technology Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a technology education team that supports the school’s vision.
