Role Overview:
We are looking for a versatile Financial Data & AI Automation Engineer who will combine financial insight, business analysis, and modern technology skills. You will be responsible for building automated dashboards, integrating systems, managing data pipelines, and implementing AI-driven solutions that accelerate our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and optimise financial dashboards and reports (Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, or similar).
• Automate repetitive processes using scripts, AI agents, and no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, Google Apps Script).
• Gather business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to design integrated systems (CRM/ERP) and improve workflows.
• Ensure financial data accuracy, support P&L preparation, and assist in decision-making.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and AI tools relevant to finance and operations.

   

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar) for automation and AI agent development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and agents.
• Solid understanding of financial processes, P&L basics, and reporting.
• Experience in building dashboards and working with structured data.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

• Self-motivated and highly disciplined, able to complete tasks independently.

   

Preferred Skills:

• Experience integrating multiple systems into a unified platform (CRM/ERP).
• Background in business analysis or process optimisation.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI APIs.

We’re not looking for someone who just "finished a course." We’re looking for a Solo Player - a data-driven specialist who has managed campaigns end-to-end and knows how to scale based on cold, hard numbers.

The catch? We don’t have a massive buying department. You’ll be the sole owner of our traffic strategy and the ultimate decision-maker. No endless meetings, no "approval for the sake of approval." You run the show.

  What’s the mission?

• Full-Cycle Management: Launch and manage ads across Meta, TikTok, and beyond.
• Rapid Testing: Burn through creative/offer/landing page hypotheses faster than anyone else.
• Scale or Kill: Aggressively scale winning combos and cut losing campaigns without hesitation.
• System Hacks: Navigate bans, policy flags, and payment hurdles like a pro.

• Creative Synergy: Work closely with SMM to brainstorm high-converting hooks and concepts.

   

  It’s all about the numbers

We don’t care about "gut feelings." You need to speak the language of metrics to tell us exactly why a campaign is performing the way it is.

Your toolkit: CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROI/ROAS, CR, and a solid grasp of LTV. You should be able to spot the bottleneck instantly: is it the creative, the traffic source, the lander, or the checkout?

• Your English is "London is the capital of Great Britain" level. You need to be fluent enough to navigate global platforms, research trends, and communicate effectively.
