Payment Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Payment Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day stability of our payment operations and related financial processes. This role is a good fit for someone who understands how payment systems, account verification, banking procedures, and operational payment routing work in practice.

Your main focus will be to keep payment operations running smoothly: monitor account statuses, support transfers, coordinate payment schedules, and help distribute payment flows efficiently across accounts and counterparties.

What You Will Do

• Maintain and support the operational side of payment processes
• Work with payment system and banking accounts
• Handle and monitor verification procedures
• Track account statuses and react to operational restrictions or limitations
• Prepare and follow payment schedules
• Monitor balances and support timely fund transfers
• Communicate with financial partners and counterparties on operational matters
• Support internal payment operations and related processes
• Distribute and prioritize payment flows across Stripe accounts and counterparties
• Rebalance flows based on account status, operational load, and current performance
• Analyze internal operational data to support flow distribution decisions
• Prepare short-term forecasts on account progression and readiness for the next stage
• Adjust payment flow allocation based on current metrics and results
