About the Role:
International media and content company seeking a highly motivated and organized recruiter based in Ukraine to lead and manage our video editor recruitment operations.
 

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Recruit and screen video editors in Ukraine – minimum of 50 candidates per month must pass our initial qualification test.
    •    Select and onboard the top 1–3 editors each month from the qualified pool based on performance and fit.
    •    Manage a local team pipeline of freelance video editors to support ongoing content production needs.
    •    Actively recruit on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and others to find top international talent.
    •    Expand recruitment efforts to additional areas as the company grows (e.g. scriptwriters, designers, project managers).
    •    Work closely with our content and production teams to ensure talent quality, availability, and retention.
 

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in creative or tech sectors.
    •    Strong communication and organizational skills.
    •    Ability to identify top talent quickly and efficiently.
    •    Comfortable working with performance tests and quality standards.
    •    Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian.
    •    Self-motivated and able to work independently.

We are expanding rapidly and looking for talented Video Editors and Creative Trailer Editors who can turn short-drama episodes into engaging trailers that make people click, watch, and fall in love with our shows.
 

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Edit trailers for drama series (60 to 90 seconds) using source footage provided by our production team.
    •    Craft emotionally engaging story arcs that resonate with international audiences.
    •    Collaborate closely with our creative team to align with the brand’s visual tone and emotional direction.
    •    Optimize trailers for high-performance in digital ads and social media (especially Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok).
    •    Deliver multiple versions of each trailer (A/B testing formats, captions, pacing, etc.).
 

What We’re Looking For:
    •    Proven experience editing trailers, ads, or short dramatic content.
    •    Strong storytelling skills, pacing, and understanding of visual/emotional rhythm.
    •    Ability to work fast, take feedback, and iterate quickly.
    •    Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve proficiency required (After Effects is a plus).
    •    Creative intuition and attention to detail.
    •    English: Intermediate or higher (for internal communication).

About Role :

We are looking for a perfect candidate who has a passion for the SaaS industry (experience with payments is a huge plus!) and a knack for creating compelling content. When you become a part of us you will be responsible for writing, rewriting, and publishing content that drives engagement and educates our audience.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Generate, edit, and refresh high-quality content, including blog posts and articles, that is clear, compelling, and optimized for search.
Content Management: Upload, format, and manage articles and other content using WordPress and HubSpot.
Collaboration: Work with the marketing and design teams on content projects.
AI Integration: Utilize modern AI tools to assist in research, content generation, and process optimization.

What You'll Need:

- Understanding of or keen interest in the SaaS industry or FinTech space.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideas generation will be a plus.
- English at B2-C1 level
- 1-2 years of experience
