    We’re rapidly growing and inviting a Billing Support Specialist to our Paycord team.
    If you’re ready for new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

    Required skills and expertise:

    • Communicate effectively through clear, concise written documentation;
    • English language from Upper-Intermediate level;
    • Ability to work in high workload conditions;
    • Willingness to work rotating shifts: morning, day, evening and night;
    • Good ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
    • Experience of working with other internal departments, including technical teams;
    • High level of attention to detail and concentration.

    You would be running such tasks as:

    • Quickly and efficiently resolve customer queries regarding payment issues via tickets, chats and emails;
    • Troubleshoot technical issues with payment systems and software to support payment processing;
    • Initiate escalation of issues to the technical or financial team and payment providers as required;
    • Improve existing billing support processes and make suggestions for their optimisation to ensure the efficiency of the department.

    Nice to have

    • Experience in a Customer Support Specialist or related position (preferable Fintech, billing);
    • Experience in resolving issues related to the payments industry.

    We`re rapidly growing and inviting a Senior Business(System) Analyst to our team.

    You would be running such tasks as:

    • Collaborate proactively with business stakeholders, product managers and tech team to reach a common understanding of the pain/problem to address the needs;
    • Analysis of the gathered requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications;
    • Presentation business requirements to tech team and support tech team in clarifications of requirements and change request management, lead refinement sessions;
    • Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation;
    • Create various artifacts, such as SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, and release notes.

    Required skills and expertise:

    • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst;
    • Ability to understand complex business tasks and translate them into requirements;
    • Ability to write functional and non-functional requirements, create user stories and use cases (including diagrams, UML, BPMN);
    • Good knowledge of prototyping tools;
    • Strong technical knowledge of client-server architecture, API, SQL, HTML/CSS;
    • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);
    • Attention to details, strong logic mindset, ability to identify corner cases, result-oriented approach;
    • Strong time management skills to feel confident with multi-task activities;

    You would be running such tasks as:

    • Assess cybersecurity risks and develop measures to minimize them.
    • Implement and administer SOC tools, and integrate threat monitoring systems.
    • Manage vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, analyze root causes, and mitigate attack impacts.
    • Handle identity protection and privileged access management.
