Requirements:

• Experience: 1+ years in affiliate marketing, preferably within Dating, Igaming or Sweepstakes niches.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of traffic sources (push, pop-under, Facebook, UAC, etc.), payment models (CPC, CPA, RevShare, etc.), and affiliate program mechanics.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of metrics like ROI, LTV, and other performance indicators.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tracking platforms like Voluum, Everflow, or similar.
• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage high-level partnerships.
• Initiative: A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying growth opportunities.
• Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate English for seamless communication with international partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Publisher Acquisition: look for new publishers, work with existing ones to drive traffic, conclude profitable contracts, and develop long-term relationships.
• Traffic Management: Work with various traffic sources, including push notifications, pop-under ads, Facebook, UAC, SEO, and others.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate campaigns, analyze metrics( CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV), and optimize for maximum results.
• Relationship Building: Maintain high-level communication with partners, ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
• Fraud Monitoring: Ensure traffic quality and detect any fraudulent activity.
• Tool Expertise: Work with traffic tracker Affise and personal platform to manage and assess campaign performance.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and innovations in affiliate marketing

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience as an Account / Advertising Manager in CPA networks;
• 0,5+ year experience in gamblimg, dating or sweepstakes projects;
• Good understanding of the main performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV);
• Basic understanding of traffic sources such as Push, Popunder, Native Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads;
• Understanding of the market, key advertisers, and major affiliate programs;
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Professional communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers;
• Strong self-management skills and a structured approach to work;
• Ambition and continuous desire for professional growth;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibility:

• Advertiser relationship management: build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, finding new partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
• Communication & Support: Provide ongoing support, professional guidance, and feedback to advertisers.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze new opportunities for business growth.
• Offer & Partner Acquisition (as needed): Search for new partners or offers upon request.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed personal commercial KPIs.

Привіт! Ми шукаємо Media Buyer у команду, який буде відповідати за закупку трафіку, тестування нових джерел та масштабування прибуткових кампаній у dating вертикалі.

Якщо ти вже маєш перші результати в арбітражі та хочеш рости в сильній команді — будемо раді знайомству.

Наші очікування:

• Комерційний досвід в арбітражі від 3-6 місяців;
• Досвід закупки трафіку через Ad Networks та Direct Publishers;
• Досвід роботи з трекерами (Binom, Keitaro, AdsBridge або інші);
• Розуміння та вміння аналізувати трафік, конверсії та ключові метрики;
• Досвід роботи з різними моделями закупівлі (CPC, CPL, CPM, CPA);
• Розуміння логіки воронки та вміння аналізувати її ефективність;
• Досвід роботи з dating вертикаллю буде перевагою;
• Вміння працювати з даними (Google Sheets / Excel);
• Досвід роботи з бюджетами від $10K;
• Наявність успішних кейсів (буде великим плюсом);
• Ініціативність та проактивний підхід до роботи;
• Англійська — не нижче A2–B1.

Твої задачі:

• Закупівля трафіку з Ad Networks (банерка, тізерка, push, pop, email) та напряму у паблішерів;
• Пошук та тестування нових джерел трафіку;
• Контроль та оптимізація рекламних кампаній;
• Аналіз ефективності (ROI, CR, EPC та інші метрики);
• Масштабування прибуткових зв’язок;
• Взаємодія з партнерами та підтримка довгострокових відносин;
• Формування звітності та участь у плануванні бюджетів;
• Досягнення та перевиконання KPI.
