Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Account / Advertising Manager or strong theoretical knowledge of affiliate marketing principles with practical training / internship experience;
• 0,5+ year experience in dating or sweepstakes projects or solid understanding of these verticals and their specifics;
• Good understanding of the main performance metrics (CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV);
• Basic understanding of traffic sources such as Push, Popunder, Native Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads;
• Understanding of the market, key advertisers, and major affiliate programs;
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills;
• Professional communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships with advertisers;
• Strong self-management skills and a structured approach to work;
• Ambition and continuous desire for professional growth;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Responsibility:

• Advertiser relationship management: build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, finding new partners, ensuring long-term cooperation.
• Communication & Support: Provide ongoing support, professional guidance, and feedback to advertisers.
• Campaign Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns, including conversion points of creative materials.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and analyze new opportunities for business growth.
• Offer & Partner Acquisition (as needed): Search for new partners or offers upon request.
• Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed personal commercial KPIs.

Requirements:

• 0.5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Advertising Manager in the affiliate marketing industry, with a strong focus on gambling verticals.

Responsibility:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring long-term cooperation and high retention. Support acquisition of new advertisers when needed.
• Provide ongoing support, strategic guidance, and feedback to advertisers to strengthen collaboration and improve results.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, including conversion points of creatives and traffic quality.
• Work with tracking platforms such as Affise and Marksel — upload offers, monitor real-time statistics, ensure proper tracking setup, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Perform regular statistics reconciliation and finance control from the advertiser’s side — ensure data accuracy and prepare reports to align financial metrics with actual performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitors. Explore and evaluate new opportunities for partnership and campaign development.
• Offer & Partner Acquisition (on demand): Search for new offers or partners upon request to expand the network and diversify traffic sources.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual commercial KPIs, focusing on ROI and partner growth.

• Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate campaigns, analyze metrics( CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV), and optimize for maximum results.
• Relationship Building: Maintain high-level communication with partners, ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
• Fraud Monitoring: Ensure traffic quality and detect any fraudulent activity.
• Tool Expertise: Work with traffic tracker Affise and personal platform to manage and assess campaign performance.

• Виявлення та вирішення розбіжностей між внутрішніми реєстрами та звітами провайдерів.
• Повний цикл управління запитами на settlement.
• Контроль своєчасного виведення коштів із PSP та їх надходження на корпоративні рахунки.
• Контроль рівня ліквідності.
• Своєчасне поповнення балансів payout-методів для забезпечення безперебійних виплат.
• Комунікація з фінансовими відділами платіжних провайдерів.
• Робота із затримками settlement, спірними комісіями та звільненням rolling reserves.
• Ведення точного обліку Cash Flow.
• Підготовка щоденних та щотижневих звітів щодо ліквідності та pending settlements.

Очікування від кандидата: 

• Досвід від 1 року у сфері Treasury, Reconciliation або FinOps.
• Бажано досвід у iGaming, E-commerce або Fintech.
• Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets
  (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, робота з великими масивами даних).
• Розуміння механік роботи PSP: MDR, Rolling Reserve, Chargebacks.
• Висока уважність до деталей.
• Вміння працювати з великим обсягом даних та у динамічному середовищі.
• Англійська — Upper-Intermediate (письмова та усна).
