Requirements:

• Experience: 0.6 + years in affiliate marketing, preferably within Dating, Igaming or Sweepstakes niches.
• Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of traffic sources (push, pop-under, Facebook, UAC, etc.), payment models (CPC, CPA, RevShare, etc.), and affiliate program mechanics.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of metrics like ROI, LTV, and other performance indicators.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with tracking platforms like Voluum, Everflow, or similar.
• Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage high-level partnerships.
• Initiative: A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying growth opportunities.
• Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate English for seamless communication with international partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Publisher Acquisition: look for new publishers, work with existing ones to drive traffic, conclude profitable contracts, and develop long-term relationships.
• Traffic Management: Work with various traffic sources, including push notifications, pop-under ads, Facebook, UAC, SEO, and others.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor affiliate campaigns, analyze metrics( CPA, CTR, CPL, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV), and optimize for maximum results.
• Relationship Building: Maintain high-level communication with partners, ensuring long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation.
• Fraud Monitoring: Ensure traffic quality and detect any fraudulent activity.
• Tool Expertise: Work with traffic tracker Affise and personal platform to manage and assess campaign performance.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and innovations in affiliate marketing

Hi! I'm Head of Affiliates at PAXLE — an international group of ADTech companies operating in the Performance Marketing industry across Dating, Gambling, and Sweepstakes verticals.

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in an Affiliate Network, Affiliate Program, Advertiser, or Performance Marketing environment to join our team.

This role focuses on building and developing relationships with advertisers across multiple projects within the PAXLE ecosystem. We are open to both specialists with hands-on experience and motivated junior candidates who already have a solid understanding of affiliate marketing fundamentals and are eager to grow within the industry.

You'll work directly with advertisers, negotiate partnership terms, launch new offers, and help grow long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

• 0.5+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Advertising Manager in the affiliate marketing industry, with a strong focus on dating, gambling, or sweepstakes verticals.
• Deep understanding of key performance metrics: CPA, CPL, CTR, CPV, CPC, RevShare, ROI, LTV.
• Hands-on experience working with affiliate tracking platforms such as Affise, Voluum, Binom or similar.
• Solid grasp of traffic sources and fundamentals of Lead Generation, SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing.
• Good knowledge of the affiliate marketing landscape: market trends, key advertisers, major affiliate programs.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Analytical mindset and a structured approach to work; able to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks.
• Initiative-driven, growth-oriented, and open to experimenting with new ideas and approaches.
• Upper-intermediate English (written & spoken) — confident in business communication.

Responsibility:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing advertisers, ensuring long-term cooperation and high retention. Support acquisition of new advertisers when needed.
• Provide ongoing support, strategic guidance, and feedback to advertisers to strengthen collaboration and improve results.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, including conversion points of creatives and traffic quality.
• Work with tracking platforms such as Affise and Marksel — upload offers, monitor real-time statistics, ensure proper tracking setup, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Perform regular statistics reconciliation and finance control from the advertiser’s side — ensure data accuracy and prepare reports to align financial metrics with actual performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitors. Explore and evaluate new opportunities for partnership and campaign development.
• Offer & Partner Acquisition (on demand): Search for new offers or partners upon request to expand the network and diversify traffic sources.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual commercial KPIs, focusing on ROI and partner growth.
