PartingPro is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. We develop user-friendly, innovative web-based solutions and are seeking a professional who understands how to build and manage web projects efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from ideation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
- Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively using project management tools.
- Define and document clear, structured, and well-written tasks and requirements in ticketing systems.
- Oversee the development and optimization of CRM-based products, ensuring excellent user experience.
- Work with Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Trello, ClickUp.
- Organize and document project-related information effectively using Notion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development.
- Strong understanding of web project development processes and best practices.
- Experience working with CRM systems and developing user-friendly products.
- Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
- Experience with task management systems like Jira, Linear, Trello, ClickUp.
- Ability to use Notion for documentation, planning, and knowledge management.
- Prior experience in programming, databases, or mobile application development is a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to document tasks clearly.
- Availability to work from 15:00 to 23:00 Kyiv time.
What We Offer:
- Salary: $2,500 – $3,000 per month
- Paid U.S. holidays
