Parsec Studio

Who we're looking for:

Parsec Studio is hiring a Marketing Specialist (Email and LinkedIn outreach) to build and run a systematic cold outreach engine — becoming our primary channel for landing new clients. 

This isn't a one-off email blast. We need someone who can build a full machine: from sourcing and validating leads, to messages that actually get replies, to booked calls on the calendar.

What you'll do

• Build and run a cold email + LinkedIn outreach system, from scratch or on top of existing tools
• Source and validate leads: define ICP, manage list sources, verify emails, segment audiences
• Write and test messaging sequences (email sequences, LinkedIn InMail/connection flows)
• Continuously optimize conversion at every funnel stage (open rate, reply rate, meetings booked)
• Maintain CRM tracking of leads and report on funnel performance

• Work closely with the founder on positioning and value propositions for different niches. 

   

What matters to us

Must have:

• Proven experience building and running cold email outreach systems (Smartlead, Apollo, Linked Helper, or similar)
• Confident with LinkedIn outreach
• Experience sourcing and validating B2B leads (Apollo, Clay, Hunter, Snov.io, etc.)
• Solid grasp of cold outreach funnel metrics and how to improve each stage
• Strong written English, able to craft persuasive copy for a Western audience

Big plus:

• Experience in Video Production, Motion Design, Design, or Creative Services — understanding how to sell creative services
• Agency background or experience with project-based (not transactional) sales

In your role as a Motion Design Specialist/Editor, you will turn our clients’ ideas into engaging narratives with your impressive experience and creative approach.

Essential Skills:

— Experience with After Effects and Davinci Resolve, the ability to create impressive motion design videos, demonstrating creativity and technical competence in visual storytelling.

— Candidate must have skills in working with dynamic graphic elements and animation, and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into smooth and expressive visual narratives effectively.

— Proficiency in Blender, Unreal Engine, or Cinema 4D will be a big plus.
