Your Responsibilities:

🔹 Overseeing the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement & retention, and offboarding.
🔹 Conducting regular 1:1 meetings to monitor team well-being and plan future development.
🔹 Tracking employee satisfaction levels and driving improvements.
🔹 Collecting and analyzing HR metrics (turnover, job tenure, HR research, surveys).

Responsibilities:

• Development of the Company’s Infrastructure
• Develop and support  CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins Pipeline DSL and Jenkins Job DSL
• Deployment of Containerized Applications (using raw Docker and Docker Compose)
• Support and Deployment of SQL/NoSQL Database Servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch)
• Monitor System Status(with Grafana and Nagios), resolving issues promptly
• Maintain Data Network Storage
• Support and Administration of various products like GitLab/Bitbucket, Grafana stack, etc.
• Proxmox Hypervisor Support: Manage VMs, automate routines, and handle backups
• Maintain Structured Knowledge Base and Documentation
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis for outages
• Facilitate innovative idea generation and collaboration to enhance development processes and ensure efficient project delivery

Requirements:

• Linux Operating Systems Administration with at least 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Jenkins Pipeline DSL and Job DSL
• Experience with Linux Monitoring Systems
• Support and Deployment of Firewall Policies 
• Manage VPN Access and Provide End-User Support
• Troubleshoot Networking Connectivity Issues
• Deep knowledge of Bash scripting and intermediate Python skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kubernetes (bare-metal and cloud environments)
• Experience with Big-Data Processing and Analysis Pipelines
• Knowledge of Network Technologies (Ethernet, TCP/IP, NAT, VLANs, Routing, ACL)

Requirements:

- Good knowledge of PHP(1+year of experience) and Laravel(1+year of experience) framework;

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3;

- Experience using source control systems (git, bitbucket, etc.);

- Experience to integrate API services from different vendors ( google, facebook, etc. );

- High level of self-organization, creativity, ethics and personal qualities.

- Communication with the client and answer questions, provide proper solutions

- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle

- Follow best practices for development and security for sensitive data (keys, apis, etc)

Key Responsibilities:

• Development and Maintenance: Build, enhance, and maintain robust web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• API Integration: Seamlessly integrate third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, etc.) to expand application functionality.
• Front-End Proficiency: Collaborate with our front-end team to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.
• Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Best Practices: Adhere to industry best practices for coding standards, security, and performance optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• PHP and Laravel Expertise: Proven experience with PHP and Laravel frameworks (2+ years).
• Front-End Fundamentals: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Version Control Mastery: Proficiency in Git or similar version control systems.
• API Integration Skills: Experience integrating third-party APIs.
• Self-Organization and Problem-Solving: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
