    We are looking for an affiliate manager who wants to grow professionally in the industry, get unique experience and a decent salary. We value efficiency and encourage creative ideas from our employees. About the project: Traffcore- is a CPA platform founded in 2021 that works with smartlinks and offers for Tier-1, Tier-2 and Tier-3 geos. We are also a direct advertiser in the Nutra SS vertical. We offer favorable conditions for webmasters, fast payouts and a wide selection of exclusive offers in Nutra, Dating, Sweepstakes, Adult verticals. The team is located in the USA, Ukraine and Western Europe.

    Requirements:

    • From 2 years of work experience as an affiliate manager in a network/brand/arbitration team
    • Experience with Nutra SS and Dating
    • Knowledge of basic metrics and indicators.
    • Knowledge of the main channels, methods of attracting traffic and payment models;
    • Ability to analyze traffic
    • Analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions based on analytical data;
    • Strong communication skills and responsibility. Knowledge of the English language at the B2+ level.

       

    Responsibilities

    • Recruiting and vetting new publishers, building long-term relationships, integrating and testing postbacks before launch.
    • Support of existing partners.
    • Checking publishers' traffic before submitting for payment
    • Traffic quality control, search for approaches to increase earnings and traffic scaling of publishers and SRA networks.
    • Optimization of traffic sources, control of EMF, tracking of payback and increase of traffic volumes.
    • High-quality and stable communication with partners.
    • Maintaining internal documentation and reports on the results of established publishers and SRA networks.

       

    It will be a plus:

    • Experience with other verticals
    • Own database of webmasters
    • Experience working with advertisers
    • Team management, onboarding of new managers
